Such a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.
