We had Finlay as our coach for the party and he was amazing and included younger sibling and was so encouraging. Really loved this as several children including my own have SEN needs and he worked fantastically with all children. All staff very polite and helpful. Great attitude with work and happy to help with anything needed or asked of. Food was great and drinks supplied/cake all brilliant. Really loved the experience today and will no doubt be back again! “Old School Fitness has become a second home to my Family and I, a place we can escape to when everyday life can be a bit chaotic. It's inspirational what Craig and Steph have created with this gym! It's not your 'normal' gym, that's the best thing about it! It's a real community feel with everything you could possibly need for your health and well-being in one place! When I have a classes with Craig (Silverback Strength) I don't feel I need to drag myself there as I would going to a normal gym, i enjoy going there, I enjoy how the class pushes me and when I think I have nothing left to give, it turns out I do!! I couldn't recommend OSF more, it's a community, a Family.”

We are now in our third year of classes and not only has my daughter shown incredible progress, she has developed a love for dance, this is due to the dedication and passion of Miss Jane.
