SBG Aberdeen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club is a leading grappling and self-defence centre located in the Adelphi area of the city. The club offers a comprehensive curriculum focusing on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for both hobbyists and competitive athletes. Specialized beginners' blocks are provided to give newcomers a solid foundation in core positions and mechanics.
