“A great store. Always end up with stuff in my trolley that I never knew I wanted, and probably don't need. Absolute must buys are the cooked chicken and cooked ribs. This store could only be improved, in my opinion, by stocking albacore tuna like Costco do in the rest of the world. I don't like the yellowfin and skipjack varieties that are the UK staple.”

“Went into Game Berryden today to see if they had anymore Switch OLED Left, they had one switch left and we was served by a lovely young lady (can't remember her name) The customer service was brilliant and we got half hour free on the gaming centre they have there so we kindly accepted, the atmosphere was brilliant and we enjoyed it so much we have booked a 2 hour slot tomorrow. Thank you to all the staff at Game who were very helpful”

“Wife sent me to pick up an order she made. Provide the FT number and then a 4 digit code and the was provided the item she bought. Quick service 100% satisfaction. The server Princess provided the service with a smile absolute credit to her. Offered warranty although didn't want it.”

“Oh my goodness! When local service goes above and beyond. An older (not from Booths) faulty fridge/freezer tripping the electric was replaced WITHIN HOURS of a call to Booths in Inverurie! The contents of the freezer hardly had time to shiver when they got transferred to the new one. I had always thought Booths was expensive, but how wrong I was. Price matched goods, delivery very reasonable (and in this case exceptionally quick!) and old one removed. Impressed and think it worth sharing with the message to buy local. “Had a problem with my battery a needed a jump start from a friend . Car in good nick low millage but 10 years old took it to Halfords and the wonderful young lady on the till was super helpful and checked my battery with there tech equipment and explained the readings in real time . I needed a new one she showed me step by step and explained reasons ect and fitted a new one as I definitely needed it .Pumped up my tyres also very helpful and polite kittybruster today Well done Halford and this amazing lady thank you . And on I went with piece of mind”

“Not often I bother reviewing a supermarket but had a great experience in this store today so I thought why not ! I was buying some clothes and needed some help with trying the cloths on as I did not have a clue how Tesco size their clothes. Customer service was very helpful. Also the lady on the Checkout was very polite and folded all the clothing nicely in to the bag and gave me advice on what to do if they did not fit and to keep the receipt. Clean and tidy store with very helpful team.”

Their furniture is always very reasonably priced and in great condition. They have a good selection of clothing items that have always been at a good standard. All electrical items have been tested and work superbly. The staff are super nice and always helpful with any queries.”

“I dropped my Google pixel 7 phone off here for diagnostics and then repair of a water damaged screen. The staff were very happy to help and kept me updated with the progress of the repair which was completed within a day. My phone is now working perfectly with a genuine part replacement. I really appreciated that they were willing to look at it first (for a £20 fee) before carrying on with the job to check that it definitely needed replaced. Thank you!”
