Staff are always friendly and helpful. Click and collect is usually ready within 5 mins. Prices are competitive. Nice having such a good store in a rural area, saves a lot of driving. I never go anywhere else!
Still waiting for confirmation of an order I made 4 days ago. They boast 24-48 hour click & collect but it's just not happening. Very slow. This is the second order I've made in a week, first one was slow, this one I'm still waiting............ Wakey wakey Screwfix, you're missing your targets badly. Update:- 5 days and counting... one star being removed for each extra day from now on! Update2:- EVENTUALLY the order was available to collect 6 days after ordering!
Had got to the point where I tried to avoid Screwfix Bridge of Don and switched to Toolstation. Spent too long waiting in queues. First impression of Screwfix Inverurie is positive. Nearer to home, service was prompt, staff were polite and helpful. Will continue to use.
