wasn't sure what I needed for a job, ordered online for click and collect, was ready 5 mins later, turned out I bought the wrong thing, returned no issue and bought correct tool. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Manager sent a member of staff out to lie to me about a long overdue delivery. When I phoned customer service the next day as there was still no delivery she'd even got the carrier wrong.
Good enough store, I went in store after checking online and seeing they had two products that I would like I went to the store to pick them up to be told they have to order them so that was a bit of a let down. Apart from that the store is great, pretty limited parking outside I would say.
Wanted a specific product which their website stated was in stock at Screwfix, Westhill. Ordered online and received text to say the item was ready for collection. Drove to store to be told they had none in stock and, "This never happens". Refund received but, of course, no recompense for fuel or wasted time. Bought similar item from very helpful nearby competitor. No product, no recompense, no return custom!
