   Won't be back, wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. Can't believe I paid money online for a video game had my e recite ready to be scanned and the till guy asked for I.D. I first thought he was joking but oh no. I'm a 43 year old man and he was demanding a passport and Drivers licence over a PlayStation game, lol . He really thought he was doing the right thing here !? His Judgement must be very impared and I wouldn't trust him to be working amongst the public. I think he was just another Jobsworth that thought he had some kind of authority to demand I.D but in reality just wanted to be nosey and check out people's identifications. I'll be contacting his bosses about his unreasonable actions and poor judgement !

   horrible customer service, woman mid 50’s early 60’s denied my return because a small piece of plastic was not in tact. seemed like she couldn’t care less and didn’t even bother to offer an alternative solution. should definetly consider a different profession

   Great store pretty straightforward. Visited to pick up my item that paid for online. Pick up was reasonably fast parking isn’t an issue either you have free parking for two hours.

   Extremely rude delivery guy. Was shocked by the rudeness of the delivery driver. I asked his name so that I could complain about his nasty attitude - he said his name was Mister Hotpoint. (Hilariously) Well mister hothead, you have lost your company a number of customers. I will be writing to complain and, needless to say, I will be leaving appropriate reviews everywhere. Very unprofessional. PS reading the reviews here, I see that terrible service is par for the course.

   Ordered a Samsung Watch 4 for my wife and it wasn’t available anywhere in Aberdeen or shire around me. I had to travel all the way to Inverurie from Newtonhill. The service is very courteous and professional. The lady who served me was helpful and informative. I love Argos and its competitive price and customer service and tis store was no exception. Will definitely do business again.

   Appalling customer service. My 15 year old son bought a self assembly office chair which turned out to not be not suitable. Once assembled some parts, due to design would not disassemble. Inverurie had me and my son stand in their shop for 35 minutes while they checked every part, faffed picking dust off the fabric parts, counted the fittings and trying to take apart the bits that had 'locked' themselves in position to then tell us that, as it wouldn't fit back in the box they wouldn't refund. We now have a £90 chair we don't need. Livid

   I bought a shark hand held vacuum in Feb, I couldn't find receipt but had proof from bank account and I was hopeful they could find my receipt which they did. I had emailed shark who advised take it back to Argos as it's there responsibility and gave me a reference. When I went to the desk nice assistant went to get supervisor who in turn told me it shouldn't be left charging (vacuum wouldn't hold the charge) as it's like a phone and should only be charged when needed, when in fact it tells you on the unit to keep in the charging dock for constant charging when your not cleaning!!! She made me feel like I was trying to rip them off so then said she would go and trouble shoot the vacuum, yea because I hadn't thought of looking on Google first to try that, but anything I tried to say fell on deaf ears. Really not impressed with the service from the "Supervisor" and ended up getting a replacement anyway as funnily enough it wouldn't charge but she got the assistant to come tell me this!!!!!!!
