Iām not satisfied with Mountain Warehouse. They state that delivery takes 3 to 5 days, but I placed my order on October 26th and Iām still waiting for it to arrive. Iām really disappointed with this experience.
A good range of products at very fair prices: it was Black Friday sale. Sorry they didn't have the ladies' ski mitts I wanted. Big changing rooms, so handy for people shopping with kids. Staff were nice. Didn't fuss over people, but we're always there to help. Easy parking.
Reasonable prices for outdoor gear. (Although prices are creeping up.) Eg a half zip fleece top is about Ā£25 - almost double what it was 12m ago.
Really lovely shop, the supervisor/ manager was really friendly. The place was quite big with a lot of stock, unfortunatly they didnt have my size in what i wanted but they did offer to go online and order it for me. I would definently go back to this shop
Easy, free parking right outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of outdoor clothing - was able to quickly find and purchase exactly what I needed.
