   Bad experience with this phone repair service! I gave them my phone for repair back in March, and they have already returned it to me three times, still not fixed. Every time they said it was repaired, but the same problem came back. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me my money back. It’s been months and I still don’t have a properly working phone. Very unprofessional service — I definitely don’t recommend this place.

   AWFUL COMPANY!!! I’m not a reviewer but it must be said how trashy this company is & how rude the staff are. Brought in a phone for a battery replacement, came back with a broken camera which causes the phone to vibrate when in use. Completely damaged the phone and tried to act the fool when challenged. Also replaced a “damaged screen” (was not damaged) for free and returned the phone with a glare on the screen & cracks. Quoted me £60 for camera replacement, my partner £70. Quoted £40 for battery replacement via email but then quoted £65 by different employee in shop. Also ignored 5 emails about replacing the camera due to their own mishandling! Absolute scammers!

   BEWARE!!!!! My nephew who lives in England was up for the week to visit family, he took his iPhone 11 here to have the screen replaced, he was charged £150 for this!! once he got back home the phone wouldn't stop buzzing, the screen was raised and camera had stopped working, the day after I went back to the shop with him to ask for either a refund or this to be fixed. They told me it wouldn't be able to fix it that day, my nephew was going home the next morning so he didn't have time to return. I asked then for a refund instead, the guy then snatched the phone out my hand and Said 'well I will keep the phone then' I managed to get the phone back but was met with abuse and screaming in my face, which for me was intimidating having a grown man scream and spitting in my face. I was thrown out the shop with no fix for the phone at all. I will be contacting trading standards and i will NEVER use this place again.

   I dropped my Google pixel 7 phone off here for diagnostics and then repair of a water damaged screen. The staff were very happy to help and kept me updated with the progress of the repair which was completed within a day. My phone is now working perfectly with a genuine part replacement. I really appreciated that they were willing to look at it first (for a £20 fee) before carrying on with the job to check that it definitely needed replaced. Thank you!

   My mum gave old phone to the shop to repair almost a year ago. Kept making excuses about it being repaired. They have refused to give it back and trying to sell her another phone. Don’t go here they will bring you unnecessary stress. And plus the employees are so unprofessional.

   Very poor quality of services. I was declined to receive my laptop back after expressing my discontent with the service unless I bring the old component back. The employee wanted to do it just out of spite because both components belonged to me. Even after I said I didn't want a refund, the seller did not want to give me my device back. The situation was resolved after a lot of unnecessary stress.

   I bought a replacement screen for my phone. It didn't have the fingerprint sensor on it. Having no knowledge of phone screens(why would ordinary people know this?), I assumed it would be able to scan fingerprints, as do pretty much all phones now. The shop blamed me for not knowing this and assuming it'd have a fingerprint sensor. And just said 'it's a cheaper screen, what do you expect?' The shop agreed to order another one which they promised would definitely have fingerprint sensor. They gave me some of the money back for the original screen ordered a more expensive screen. Again, anyone would presume with the fingerprint sensor, and being more expensive, both the fingerprint sensor and the the sensitivity of the screen would be higher than the cheaper one, right? However, the screen is extremely slow to react, making normal speed typing impossible (I am using voice typing right now!) The technician in the shop tried it and said it was fine.(total lie, as I had it checked by the OnePlus screen expert from another shop and a customer) Again, the shop blamed me for not asking to try the screen before it was glued—for a completely unforeseen issue. Nobody would assume that ordering a more expensive screen would have such a low sensitivity that it makes it impossible to type normally. I will not be going back and I would suggest that everyone avoids this place. They did not want to take any responsibility for the quality of what they sold me. I will consider taking the issue up with Trading Standards.
