   Your typical Tesco but it's got a different more local feel, staff are friendly and kind here, good selection, well spaced and easy to navigate around, it's nice and modern and also easy to get to. Lots of car parking spaces as well. And I managed to find ice which seemed to be in short supply.

   The car park is undergoing a major renovation and this seems to be taking months. Making parking difficult. Their pet food selection has always been poor. Other than that it’s a good supermarket.

   Went to the Tesco mobile department this morning to upgrade my phone. Am absolutely delighted with the customer service I received from William. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint! Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Love my new phone. Thanks William!

   Craig (Assist Manager) , obviously wanting promotion, said that Tesco & staff members are always correct and that the Nationwide Bank are liars and don't know what they are talking about. Obviously, he has small man syndrome but doesn't help a customer being charged twice. So, if I was a shopper I would avoid Tesco Westhill but if you do go then give Craig a razor for his 1st shave and some chestnuts as he hasn't any.

   After repeated complaints about dented and damaged cans on this store's shelves nothing has been done. These tins can be pressurised and the contents contaminated. Three weeks in a row and the same thing in this store. Some of these tins are dented so badly they can barely stand on end! Note on food safety:- "If a can containing food has a small dent, but is otherwise in good shape, the food should be safe to eat. Discard deeply dented cans. A deep dent is one that you can lay your finger into. Deep dents often have sharp points. A sharp dent on either the top or side seam can damage the seam and allow bacteria to enter the can. Discard any can with a deep dent on any seam."
