“I used Google reviews to find this gem of a restaurant. The food was amazing; great portions and everything was so flavoursome. We shared Arancini balls to start. The best I've ever had. Not too big and very tasty. My friend had the chicken dish of the day and despite loving it, she couldn't finish it. What a beautiful plate of food; the chicken was so moist. I chose the smoked fish risotto and regretted it not. Just perfect! If this restaurant was in my home town of Edinburgh I'd be recommending it to all my friends and family.”

Quiet (not loud, so very enjoyable to me) good rock music. With extra amazing beers of course. Professional and very kind young barmaid. Will definitely come back.”

Throughout the evening, Zoltam checked in at exactly the right moments: never intrusive, always considerate. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, whether it was topping up drinks, providing extra sauces, or ensuring dietary preferences were accommodated flawlessly. His timing and attention to detail were impeccable. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented, but Zoltam’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a fantastic experience. “As premier inns go, it is falls within the middle of the spectrum. Not bad but not amazing either - clean rooms and standard facilities do the job perfectly, with a small room for breakfast and a carvery next door. The location isn't amazing but the hotel itself is fine. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, in a positive way.”
