   Order placed at 18.10 on Friday Oct 3rd, app said the pizzas were delivered not true, called the store and they apologised because it was busy, they said it will be here soon, half an hour later no pizzas, phoned again and the guy on the phone said oh you haven’t received your order? No we haven’t, he said it will be here in 5 minutes WRONG again, this was half past seven one of the members of the house hold went ballistic. Order came at 19.50 pizzas & chicken where cold, they gave us an extra Texan bbq, no dips either we think we received someone else’s pizza probably Gareth’s order. Emailed Dominos with a complaint, manager got back to me offering a free large pizza?! A refund would of been more reasonable

   Would give even less stars if that was an option. Absolutely shocking service from this joke of a store. Clearly can't read as they sent the wrong pizzas, gave them a call they said they would send replacements and they got 1 of them wrong. Absolute waste of £40 totally ruined the kids sleepover. Spoken to the on duty manager who was no help at all and seemed not to care less. Will definitely nit be using this store again. Avoid at all costs

   Over hour wait for delivery and when it did arrived pizza luke warm, chicken strippers cold, garlic dippers dry and pizza dough cold. Called spoke to someone sounded very flustered on phone must of been having problems that night got refund as didn't want wait any longer for food.

   Ordered a pizza and took off the cheese as I’m lactose intolerant. The rest of my order was fine but the pizza arrived with cheese , which meant I couldn’t eat my pizza . I’m extremely disappointed and let down .

   This was what I saw when I opened my pizza box... it's obvious the delivery driver went all TOKYO DRIFT to get this to me quickly; which I appreciate. OR with the current gale-force winds acting like a hurricane, my pizza may have decided to role play Dorothy and tried to meet the Wizard of Oz. Regardless, taste-wise it's a 10 outta 10. And if any Karen's want to turn up their nose at my battered pizza, don't. Accidents happen. Might even add scramble pizza to my "favourite food" list after this.

   No doubt, I love a Domino's pizza every now and again. And while you'd think they'd all be the same, they're not. I've had a few at some places and they just don't compare to the Jesmond one. Hands down, some of the best pizzas I've had. And try the cookies; they're insanely good.

   Pizzas are generally made pretty well here. The price is astronomical compared to some other dominos I have been to though. Their cheesy garlic bread never has cheese on it as well. Where is the cheese I payed for dominos?
