   I had an exceptional dining experience at Wagamama in Aberdeen, made truly memorable thanks to our waiter, Zoltam. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, but it was Zoltam’s professionalism and genuine attentiveness that elevated the entire visit. Zoltan balanced friendliness with efficiency perfectly. He greeted us with a warm smile, guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the dishes. His suggestions were spot-on — especially when it came to flavour pairings and spice levels — and it was clear he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal to the fullest. Throughout the evening, Zoltam checked in at exactly the right moments: never intrusive, always considerate. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, whether it was topping up drinks, providing extra sauces, or ensuring dietary preferences were accommodated flawlessly. His timing and attention to detail were impeccable. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented, but Zoltam’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a fantastic experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and creates such a positive, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. If you’re visiting Wagamama Aberdeen, I highly recommend requesting a table in Zoltam’s section — you’ll be in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

   There were 2 of us, both ordered padthai’s and I was missing a bit of flavour. The atmosphere was phenomenal, the booths were very cozy. I very much like the aesthetic of the place! The waiters were always attentive. They paid attention to my gluten intolerance. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money and with good gluten-free options.

   The food that I personally ordered I really enjoyed, the food that the person I was with didn’t as much but I think it’s due to personal tastes. The food arrived hot and nicely served. The service was lovely by the lady that was in charge of the area we sat in. The worker that sat us down not so much as he gave unpleasant not so friendly vibes but I suppose things do happen. The atmosphere was very nice. Probably will be coming back as I did enjoy the food very much.

   Came for a late-night pick me up before a 10pm movie. Was in search of coffee and cake. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was off. I had the delightful white chocolate and ginger cheese cake and gin cocktail. Thank you to the polite staff member who served and was of service.

   I almost always order the shirodashi ramen with extra pork belly (my favourite)& pick around with the fresh juices on offer. The food is refreshingly fresh & healthy and the staff super. Wagama is always a delight!

   Atmosphere and service was friendly and efficient, food was a little expensive for what it is. Had pork belly ramen, broth and noodles were fine (hard to get wrong) but the pork was a tad over cooked or had been sat under a heat lamp for a while as I’ve never had it dry/crispy before even in the broth (Pic provided). Was a quick eat prior to catching a train from nearby station so didn’t want the delay/fuss of mentioning it at the time. Just something for others to maybe be aware of. Pay online in restaurant via an app - easy to use.
