Wife sent me to pick up an order she made. Provide the FT number and then a 4 digit code and the was provided the item she bought. Quick service 100% satisfaction. The server Princess provided the service with a smile absolute credit to her. Offered warranty although didn't want it.
Very friendly staff. Nearly always empty of customers so no queues or waiting. Very large store (probably too large considering its location, lack of customers and nothing to fill the massive floor space). Not had any stock limitations so far. They have even carried my heavier goods out to the car.
Iām not normally an Argos shopper & was confused how the system worked! I came in & was approached by a young girl; Megan, with the brightest smile on her face! She showed me how to work the tablets, sadly my product was out of stock that I wanted to buy, however Megan was very kind and got it delivered to my house for free! Excellent service, I will definitely be back to this store.
I use this store frequently. The staff are unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful, and shopping here is a pleasure. If my purchase is heavy, they offer to carry it to my car - good if you're elderly like me. Full marks Argos, and thanks to your great staff.
I headed to the store unsure whether Argos actually stocked/sold what I was looking for. I'd been in the store less than 2 minutes when a very cheerful assistant asked if she could help me-so I explained & she searched the store catalogue computer database. In a few minutes she'd found what I wanted & I purchased it. In the 30 seconds it took me to walk from her customer service desk to the collection point counter, another assistant was at the counter complete with my order. The service was EXREMELY quick and both assistants who served me were very helpful & cheerful.
