“I joined David Lloyd due to the pool facilities. It is always clean, and relaxing no matter if busy or quiet. The new gym layout / equipment is great. Liv was a star when I first joined the gym - she is so knowledgable. There has been issues when using guest passes for signing in, but nothing is a bother to the team - they’re always so friendly. Looking forward to the new courts opening!”

“Took our kids (9 and 11) here for an afternoon and had a fantastic time. The staff were super friendly and very encouraging to my daughter who was nervous trying the slides. Heaps of different equipment to play on so no-one ever got bored. They also had a soft-play climbing area that would be great for younger kids. Had a great after-school special on where the kids could play for as long as they wanted (we ended up staying for 3 hours!). We pre-bought our tickets online, but it was pretty quiet when we arrived (15:30 on a Thursday) so maybe you could just rock up?”

“First time at the Moxy with my son for the weekend. No words..such a brilliant experience, the staff go above and beyond for you, so friendly, so helpful, fair to say the nicest welcome and service I've ever experienced in a hotel. There was no beans by the time we got down for breakfast the first morning ( our fault leaving it to the bitter end) the manager lad made sure there were beans the next morning, just so helpful, all the staff were just amazing , cleaning team were so nice and helpful also. Brilliant time ☺️, so much so, we are coming back very soon . Thankyou guys Emma”

“I had an exceptional dining experience at Wagamama in Aberdeen, made truly memorable thanks to our waiter, Zoltam. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, but it was Zoltam’s professionalism and genuine attentiveness that elevated the entire visit. Zoltan balanced friendliness with efficiency perfectly. He greeted us with a warm smile, guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the dishes. His suggestions were spot-on — especially when it came to flavour pairings and spice levels — and it was clear he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal to the fullest. Throughout the evening, Zoltam checked in at exactly the right moments: never intrusive, always considerate. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, whether it was topping up drinks, providing extra sauces, or ensuring dietary preferences were accommodated flawlessly. His timing and attention to detail were impeccable. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented, but Zoltam’s outstanding service turned a great meal into a fantastic experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and creates such a positive, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. If you’re visiting Wagamama Aberdeen, I highly recommend requesting a table in Zoltam’s section — you’ll be in excellent hands. I’ll definitely be returning soon!”

“As premier inns go, it is falls within the middle of the spectrum. Not bad but not amazing either - clean rooms and standard facilities do the job perfectly, with a small room for breakfast and a carvery next door. The location isn't amazing but the hotel itself is fine. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, in a positive way.”

“Nice clean and tidy reception, friendly welcome, the reception staff member was really helpful and welcoming, explained the hotel facilities to us and always greeted us when we passed. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice layout, modern design, and had air conditioning which was great with the warm weather that week. The shower was good and plenty room. The Breakfast was very good, great selection of traditional cooked breakfast and continental, even make your own waffles. There is a basic gym on the 1st floor with modern equipment. Parking was Free and there was plenty spaces. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, and only half hour drive into Aberdeen.”

Every time I’ve stayed here ive never once had a problem the staff are always very accommodating and polite the rooms are spotless with plenty room and the location is brilliant around a 5 minute walk to the airport and buses into Aberdeen city just round the corner great value for money and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone”

“Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Poor ventilation, was very hot. The toilet didn't flush very well. Shower was great. I felt the breakfast was much too expensive for the variety offered.”

“We visited last Tuesday for lunch, and what a brilliant experience we had, 5/5 all the way. One of us was gluten free and the manager Robin took such good care of us. This is truly the way hospitality should be done, great front of house staff and the chefs were great too. Food outstanding and good portion size, chicken juicy and tender just the way it's supposed to be. The salad bar was well stocked. Service was quick despite the place being busy. You really couldn't ask for any more from a restaurant, amazing service in a lovely location. We'll certainly be back!!”

“The location near the airport and P&J live is great. The rooms are quiet and with comfortable beds. However, the hotel looks a bit run down; it would probably require some renovations done. The staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommended.”

“I've given 5 start review purely because of the staff - based on our welcome to the hotel and service in the restaurant. We had to find somewhere to stay on a Thursday as our whole street and building had a blackout. Maryna gave us such a lovely welcome, she was so lovely. Martin in the restaurant was beyond lovely. The staff are a huge credit here and made a stressful evening so much easier. Maryna & Martin your kindness was very much appreciated.”

“Stayed here overnight before flying home to New Zealand the next day. Very quiet with no airport noise, short walk to terminal. Staff friendly and helpful, I had a lovely evening meal and the breakfast was also good. Comfy bed too.”

“In general I am not a fan of airport hotels. While they are usually very convenient as being close to an airport , amenities are usually lacking and overall quality is usually pretty low. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the Hampton located next to the Aberdeen, Scotland airport. The location was excellent, less than a mile from the airport snd the car rental center. After a sixteen hour day of traveling we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready for check in. We expected to wait around until 3:00 pm for official check in time, but the staff member on duty greeted us with a smaile and told us our room was ready. Our room was small and utilitarian (it apparently was an upgrade because of our Diamond status) but was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lots of places to charge our devices, a comfy bed, and the bathroom had great water pressure and very large fluffy towels. Food is available in the dining room from 12:00 pm until 10:00 pm. It is a very basic/limited menu and you order from your phone, but our pizza we ordered for lunch eas very good and cooked perfectly. They offered Continental breakfast at 6:30 and a full hot breakfast at 7:30 am (times are earlier during the week, so check). Both the Continental and hot breakfasts were excellent, a lot of variety and it was one of the better breakfast buffets we had ever had at a Hampton. Best of all was the staff. I wish I had gotten individual staff members' names, because they all deserved special mention. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly made us feel welcome. We will return in a couple of weeks at the end of our Scottish holiday before flying home and we actually look forward to staying at this particular airport hotel. Highly recommended.”

“Changed over to Bannatyne in April and have managed to hit a significant number of my personal fitness goals. Truly an incredible environment to improve your health. Big fan of being able to track exercise without having to carry a mobile in my pocket whilst jogging, cycling etc and the machines are connected well enough to provide that service. Plenty of ventilation and much more so than other health clubs in the area. Have yet to try the spa services however they offer consistent and fresh updates on new services weekly and monthly with opt-in emails / texts. With these updates are constant discounts which is great to see. Staff are always super friendly and full of helpful advice. The range of different workout environments has been great too.”

“Absolutely fantastic Nursery. Our son is currently in the Babies room and has been for about 8 months and he loves it! He says the girls names lots at home and gets very excited at drop off. He has been learning so many new and exciting things and the staff are so supportive, kind, caring and fun. It can be a scary thought putting your baby into the care of someone else but we feel so lucky that our experience has been so fantastic!”

“Wife sent me to pick up an order she made. Provide the FT number and then a 4 digit code and the was provided the item she bought. Quick service 100% satisfaction. The server Princess provided the service with a smile absolute credit to her. Offered warranty although didn't want it.”

“Needed somewhere close to airport for daily returning to California. Taxi was booked for 08.10 and that's exactly when it arrived. Rooms were basic with only 1 chair per room but they were clean. Would use that particular Travelodge for any future requirements.”
