“On my birthday I was introduced at the door by an amazing up to beat staff member named Jacob. As I told him it was my birthday beforehand, he went above and beyond and made my experience far better than the last visit I had previously. I did the Alice in wonderland room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had a great time. My partner who was with me enjoyed it too as he isn’t a fan usually of escape rooms. On the exit of the room, I was welcomed back by Jacob asking if I had fun, if I wanted a picture with the props. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday escape room experience. I recommend Jacob for the great service!”
“We had a lovely meal at Bella Italia tonight. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed every part of it. Our server, Ilona, was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better server. The manager was also fantastic — very welcoming on our arrival and he made sure we were well looked after throughout the evening. The whole team made the experience feel relaxed and special. We’ll definitely be back!”
“I have been taken my son since he was 6 weeks and he is now nearly ten months. He gets so excited when we get there. Even has his own gymbo in the car. Wendy is s knowledgeable and helpful. I have made some great mum friends and highly recommend gymboree to anyone”
“Evie was super helpful today helping us choose the perfect car seat/ pram/ travel system. As first time parents this can be quite daunting as it’s a big purchase. However she was really knowledgeable and gave us demos of the prams we liked helping us make an informed choice. thank you for being a diamond!”
“I have never been so impressed with service. I have a allergy to Olives which is uncommon but we had lovely service and were made sure that there is no cross contamination, we were told that the kitchen cleaned down and prepped fresh vegetables for our meal especially for me. I have never felt so cared about in an establishment. I am floored and so impressed and just amazing!! Very yummy food too!! Thank you so much!!”
“The restaurant was slightly too loud to hear, the table was a bit uncomfortable. The food was delicious not one criticism. The food was hot tasty and we all enjoyed our food. It was a birthday meal was delicious. Our waitress was lovely and attentive”
“What an amazing team! The communication was great from the get go, they were running late and had a lot of difficult babies to see. This wasn’t a problem at all and we were kept up to date throughout. The lady on reception was so welcoming and made such an effort with my two children. I also had a difficult baby, but the sonographer and assistant in the room were so patient and allowed us to have time to change positions, go for a walk and kept persevering until they were confident with the baby’s gender. I can’t thank window to the womb Norwich enough!”
“A exciting day for bowling turned into a afternoon of pain and tears! No ones fault but mine eek! Thank you to the two lovely ladies that ran to get me ice when I tripped and fell over my daughter in the bathroom. I thought I broke my ankle. They also tried to calm my daughters that were crying. Thank you to the two gentleman who also came to check on me. So sorry I didn't get any names. The bowling was fun and the revamp looks great too!”
“Holiday Inn Norwich City is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. Everything felt well organised and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return.”
“Lizzie was very attentive and helpful throughout the night, I had a wonderful birthday meal here and will be returning. I introduced my friends to Bill’s as well and they also loved it!”
“The place is so affordable and in such a convenient location. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. Comfy beds and beautiful view out over the water. Charley was especially welcoming. It was lovely coming down for breakfast each morning and the housekeeping in the hotel was lovely”
“Stayed at Premier Inn Duke Street. Had a great stay. Suzanna checked us in and was very helpful. We stayed in a Premium Plus room, much nicer than the standard rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Very happy with our stay.”
“I love this hotel. It's basic but clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I also really like that you have to ask to get towels and bed linens changed, and the staff don't bother you unless you ask. I've stayed twice and both times had a room overlooking the back garden and river, which is so peaceful. The shower pressure is wonderful. The location is great, being right next door to the station. The only think I would like to change is being able to have a breakfast (which has good coffee!) that isn't a buffet for a lower price. The breakfast is good though!”
“Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour”
“My baby son and I have absolutely loved our baby sensory sessions with Ally. Each week is themed differently and my son has so much fun (as do I)! Ally is a warm and caring practitioner with a great sense of humour and you leave with easy ideas for developmental play when you get home. I can't recommend baby sensory enough, just so sad we are nearing the end of our time with Ally as my son is nearly 13 months old. We have loved every class. Thank you Ally!”
“My daughter has flourished during her time at Norwich Montessori School. The teachers take time and care with each child. Learning through the lovely Montessori equipment and being nourished with the ethos have led to her feeling really positive about herself, and her independence has grown alot. It has a super garden which has a vegetable patch which the children tend to themselves. Really great, we will miss it alot now she has "graduated".”
“I stayed at the Norwich Central Travelodge due to its location, it is convenient for public transport just one minute from the bus station. The hotel definitely need a make over but the staff are very kind and polite. Zuzanna in the Bar on breakfast and the Hotel Manager Nalend is very polite and professional. Nice to see her checking the building early the morning and greeting customer. Very well managed.”
“Stayed here for the weekend with my sister and dog. Extremely friendly staff, very nice rooms. I previousoy stayed in other chain round the corner but will now book Travelodge again as my experience was very pleasant. It's great loaction too!”
“Not a bad travel lodge. Bit out dated and basic but Comfy bed and good service. Located at the services with a shell, MC Donalds, burger king and subway on the doorstep.”
“Julie, Maria and Ross are exceptional members of staff! They had a very complex return/exchange to deal with due to Cambridge stores error! I’m that happy with their service I actually remembered their names off the top of my head nearly a week later! I definitely wouldn’t of purchase anything else from here if it wasn’t for these guys in norwich riverside. Their knowledge and customer service skills are excellent! Thank you guys.”
“From the moment we walked into La Crème and were greeted by Lucy we relaxed and knew we were in good hands. She instantly put a nervous bride at ease and the laughter between the pair of them as dresses were tried on began a great rapport. The attention to detail after ‘her ladyship’ was chosen and Lucy’s intuitive understanding of whether the bride to be was comfortable was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the way that part of the brides mothers wedding dress (old) and ‘something blue’ was incorporated into the perfect wedding dress was another example of the personal care taken by Lucy and her seamstress. Looking at photos after the wedding the bride burst into floods of tears. We initially thought tears of sadness as her grandfather died two days after the wedding. Instead it was tears of happiness as she never felt she would look so pretty. As mother of bride, and priest who married Rachel and Farshad I might have been biased. Not only was she pretty but she was beautiful. Thank you Lucy and all at La Crème.”
“It can be a bit intimidating going to try out guitars in a public place. Especially if you’re not very good! Dan was super helpful and I’m delighted with the Taylor mini. He also helped me with my amp -only needed a new lead! And then kindly helped me get the lot back to the car. The price was less than a number of internet stores and nothing beats trying out instruments-I thought I wanted something different until I tried it. We must support our local shops. No hardship though when there are as good as Cookes”
“What a gem! I just love the vibe of this quirky little independent cafe in Tombland. Authentic coffee, homemade cakes and a nice view from the window seats to watch the city go by.”
“We held our Daughter’s 4th Birthday party at Tots Town and everything was fantastic! The venue itself was incredibly clean and Fiona and the team were there to help with everything the whole time - it was definitely the least stressful party we’ve ever hosted!! All of the children had the best time and our daughter absolutely loved her party. Would highly recommend Tots Town as a party venue- excellent! Thank you!”
“Just a really great centre with lots to do there”
“We had our wedding here! Such a lovely charming place, and James and the event staff were very accommodating to us for our big day. I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue. The buffet was really good and well received (with a lot of extra food for guests to take home!).”
“A lovely toy shop with all major brands covered, with a great selection of Lego (Raiders of the Lost Ark Lego!). Presentation standards are really high and the store colleagues are very polite and helpful. Recommended.”
“Lunch Experience at Jarrod’s Pantry Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying my favorite pie for lunch at Jarrod’s top-floor Pantry restaurant. At first, I was ready to leave as I wasn't in the mood for another carvery. However, I spotted the steak and kidney pie on the menu and couldn’t resist! I went back to the counter and chose a delightful meal of boiled and roasted potatoes with fresh vegetables, paired with a refreshing bottle of mango juice. The pie was generously filled with steak and kidney, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked to perfection. It truly made for an enjoyable meal! In total, my lunch cost £17.30, which kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. Jarrod’s is a relatively large restaurant, quite popular with the older generations. The staff-to-customer ratio is nearly always spot on, ensuring excellent service. Plus, there are several car parks within walking distance, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends or, like I did today, enjoy a meal alone.”
“Easy walk from the city centre. Large comfortable rooms. Limited menu, tasty OK for a few days. Friendly staff.”
