   What a fabulous shop this is, with brilliant, inspiring staff. I love the place! I bought a gorgeous used Epiphone Hummingbird yesterday. I was very restrained as there is a glorious J45 Gibson there and Taylor acoustics to die for!!! They're stocked for Chrimbo...get in there!!!

   It can be a bit intimidating going to try out guitars in a public place. Especially if you’re not very good! Dan was super helpful and I’m delighted with the Taylor mini. He also helped me with my amp -only needed a new lead! And then kindly helped me get the lot back to the car. The price was less than a number of internet stores and nothing beats trying out instruments-I thought I wanted something different until I tried it. We must support our local shops. No hardship though when there are as good as Cookes
