“Staff are always very friendly and helpful and stock of all the general stuff you need is good. Most of the time there is sufficient parking spaces. Handily, the front doors can be pushed/pulled open in either direction which is handy when carrying large/heavy items.”

I needed the lead today and he navigated the site until he found one. Unfortunately a lot of items were next day delivery but he kept on trying and I now have just what I need. “It can be a bit intimidating going to try out guitars in a public place. Especially if you’re not very good! Dan was super helpful and I’m delighted with the Taylor mini. He also helped me with my amp -only needed a new lead! And then kindly helped me get the lot back to the car. The price was less than a number of internet stores and nothing beats trying out instruments-I thought I wanted something different until I tried it. We must support our local shops. No hardship though when there are as good as Cookes”
