Great customer service. We needed our VW T5 looking at asap due to upcoming travels and DAS Auto fitted us in and completed the repair in a timely manner so that our travels were not disrupted. Honest and reasonable. Would recommend for all VW specialist jobs.

My GTI PP got an error code about the front differential lock in November. I visited a local VW dealer in December and they charged £144 without any serious checks and left a line saying "Please replace Haldex oil to fix the problem". I took my car to another local private garage that claimed to be a VW specialist and reported the same problem to them, they changed the oil for a fee and told me to check the Haldex pump. The expert told me that everything was fine with my car but I got my error code again that very night! Totally disappointed, we contacted DAS again, and we got a comprehensive inspection and a positive result. And with the help of Ms. Sharon, she managed to save time and money. I would say that only through this series of events can you understand how a professional and responsible private garage works! Take your pride and joy to DAS,NOT TO ANOTHER GARGE JUST DOWN THE STREET!
Really great place. Knowledgeable and friendly team. Take my VW and Audi there. Never had a problem, great communication about any issues with the car. Never undertake work without permission. Excellent. Very busy so book ahead.
Great guys. They’ve been looking after my A4 for the last 4 years and have done a great job. And of course the prices are much (much) better than the main dealer.
