Generally well stocked especially for crafting and art supplies at reasonable prices. Don't trust online stock availability for specific stores shown on the website as this proved incorrect for an item I specifically visited the store for. Aside that I always enjoy a visit to these stores.

I’m never one to complain about a store unless I really feel it’s necessary, which is extremely rare. But this particular The Range store is honestly just dreadful for this one reason. I want to stress that the staff are lovely and their customer service is phenomenal for the most part. The issue is that this store puts the wrong prices on their products and when called out on it they quickly switch their product labels on the shelves to what they say is the correct price to cover themselves. It happens quite often and it is just ridiculous now. Honestly, I wish it was just a case of me not reading the labels properly but I always check that they match now ever since this first happened. It is just careless and lazy, and honestly ridiculously cheeky to replace the label as soon as it’s been called out in an attempt to hide your mistake. This is definitely something that they need to work on because this should not keep happening. When you visit this store, take photos of the labels of things that you’re purchasing just in case. Also, staff taking their smoke breaks right outside the entrance doors isn’t a good look. All that space outside of the store just to do it right at the doors? It is just disgusting, and can be very unsafe for those with Asthma and hidden disabilities.

During my visit to the area, I took the opportunity to check out some outdoor furniture. I was quite surprised to see that many display items were in poor condition, largely due to exposure to the elements. Considering that Range is a sizable company, I expected them to replace these items—like sheds, wooden benches, and trellis—with fresh stock in preparation for the summer season. I assumed that these bleached and damaged items would be marked down to clear out for new inventory. Unfortunately, seeing the outdoor furniture in such disrepair discouraged me from making a purchase, and I left the store empty-handed. This is disappointing, especially since I’m a fan of shopping at The Range, although I typically visit a different store across the city. I’ve given a 4-star rating because I hope this is just an oversight and not a common occurrence.

I was about to do some shopping here and my 5 year old boy needed the loo. The staff wouldn't let him use it as "its for disabled use only". Felt pretty devastated for him. Safe to say I'll literally never spend a penny in here again.

A nice addition to this side of the city, a compact version of the longwater store at about a third of the size so don't expect the full range of the larger stores. Well presented though a few price tickets appear to have been missing. Worth a visit

Went to the range today with a issue regarding a non-delivered wardrobe, that we decided we wanted a refund on. Spoke to Martin, Store Manager who told us that it unfortunately could only be dealt with via Customer Services. This brilliant man, spent 3 hours on hold to them on our behalf while we did our shopping, and then continued to stay on the phone and help us until a resolution was found. His Customer service is impeccable, not many would do that. Most places would send you away and tell you to phone yourself. This man, is a asset to 'The Range' and quite frankly is wasted there. There should be more people like Martin. Thanks again for all your help Chloe and Jason.

Popped into this new Range store! Great shop and great staff! Plenty of parking outside as well as covered trolley park (great for keeping the seats dry for the little ones). Store was full on Christmas (only 2 weeks to go) including fresh Christmas trees for sale outside as I hadn’t realised they sold them. The store was warm, light and airy! Lots of the team said hello and plenty available! The store was full of stock and as usual for the range there was a huge selection of products! We came away with not only what we needed but a few extras of course!
