Not much selection of men's known brands especially at reasonable prices, although sometimes you can find some nice clothes in the sleepwear section.
Great service by Tiff. She went above and beyond during my visit! I’m always able to find a member of staff if I need help or advice, and the store is always well stocked. I’ve never left empty handed!
Terrible staff, wanted ti try on clothes and i was refused as i was picking out an outfit at random for apparently doing a tiktok trend yet no one was filming anyone. As a place which sells clothes more cheaper, you should really just allow people to try things on before they buy. i am going through a hard time struggling to provide for my family of 3 kids and as a single dad, a laugh with my pals on buying a random outfit would have been great, shame i was refused. Go to a charity shop, save the hassle of the rude staff
I liked the comic relief collection. It's a great place to find gifts and if you have the patience to loom through the hundreds of clothing racks you usually can find one bargain.
It's a well organised store, most TKMaxx I've visited have been pretty wild, this store has a more high street mall vibe to it. It is subterranean, so not sure how accessible it is, the staff are very friendly.
It's very hit and miss with this place. Sometimes I leave with bags full, sometimes I leave with nothing. It's annoying when an item from there isn't avaliable on there website but also isn't in any of their stores near me (I have 3 I can get to) The staff are always friendly & helpful. Store is clean everywhere apart from the makeup which always seems to have leaky messy makeup left around when I visit.
Messy at 3pm on 31.10.2021! Someone had left a leaky water bottle on the floor, someone else had discarded a bubble tea cup on the seat for trying on shoes. Shoes were scattered everywhere, clothes on the floor. Good Christmas ornaments and card section (under the escalators). Staff at the till were pleasant and friendly. Would recommend visiting in the weekday AM as it isn't so chaotic.
