   Really helpful staff in the perfume counter area. They were happy to help find the right scent for my daughter. They were also super helpful when I'd bought a scent for a friend which I had to return (mistaken purchase on my behalf!) and exchanged for the correct product with minimal fuss. I've seen a few reviews saying it's expensive but, for the quality of products, I've found them comparable with other retailers. My go to place for something special

   What a place, absolutely fantastic, Jarrolds has been at the centre of Norwich for many years, you can easily spend a few hours looking around and having lunch. I had a carvery for £13.95 a dessert for £4.70 and a coffee for £3.20. If you had the same in any pub it would have come to at least £30.00. Definitely visit, just don't take the wife or you will leave skint.

   Lunch Experience at Jarrod’s Pantry Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying my favorite pie for lunch at Jarrod’s top-floor Pantry restaurant. At first, I was ready to leave as I wasn't in the mood for another carvery. However, I spotted the steak and kidney pie on the menu and couldn’t resist! I went back to the counter and chose a delightful meal of boiled and roasted potatoes with fresh vegetables, paired with a refreshing bottle of mango juice. The pie was generously filled with steak and kidney, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked to perfection. It truly made for an enjoyable meal! In total, my lunch cost £17.30, which kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. Jarrod’s is a relatively large restaurant, quite popular with the older generations. The staff-to-customer ratio is nearly always spot on, ensuring excellent service. Plus, there are several car parks within walking distance, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends or, like I did today, enjoy a meal alone.

   This is a great department store located in Norwich. It was an absolute pleasure to shop in store, the staff are welcoming, well informed and can not be more helpful. Jarrold's appears to be located in three separate buildings in the centre of Norwich and I've sampled both the main department store and The Granary (appears to be more design led home and lighting pieces). I can truly state that the range is a great deal more interesting than other retail environments so it's the ideal place to explore and find some interesting items are great prices. The absolute winner is that the store is dog friendly. I really can't praise this store enough.

   Quality, Quality, Quality Jarrolds is a jewel in the retail scene of historic Norwich. A family owned business run with care an attention to detail. Great spot for retail therapy, items from reasonable prices to something special and unique. Team on site are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I saw there were restaurants on other floors but unfortunately I did not have time to visit ...on my next visit I will and post a review. 'Jarrolds is the Harrods of Norwich' Highly recommend a visit to support this local business.

   Went on Sunday 13.12.20 and found it very clean. All counters have screens up. Good choice of hot or salad and drinks. Card payment only. Children's meal comes with a roll, drink, fruit and so colouring pencils. Came Sunday 16.01.2022 for carvery. Queue moved quickly and service was efficient and friendly. Seating area was clean and tables are cleared quickly. Lots of seating and different colours/types of chairs Toilets are downstairs which is a bit of a pain.
