“I have to say this was probably the best Pedicure I have ever received, super detailed and gentle unlike most chain salons these days that charge an arm and leg for a mediocre treatment. The Thai massage was also very effective helping to relieve a lot of built up tension! I felt so relaxed during my time. The vibe was very tranquil and the lady was very welcoming and attentive. “Having looked into getting a hot tub for many years but never knowing who to trust for best value and for after care we came across Maxine, wow Maxine was so helpful listened to what we wanted advised on the best hot tub to get for our price range and even did a home visit to see if it would fit in our garden Maxine has gone above and beyond thank you. “What a fabulous experience myself and daughter had today. We were greeted at our car and given a tour of all facilities. Beautiful gardens to relax in and we had the facilities to ourselves which for me was the best bit. The treatments were great, relaxing and lasted for the complete hour . The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The pods were luxurious, clean and relaxing. The pool, hottub and sauna were spotlessly clean. We will definitely be returning soon and I would highly recommend A++++”

I have been going to Spruce House since it opened and cannot recommend it highly enough. The treatments are excellent, my skin has never looked so good! I can also thoroughly recommend the pedicures and massages - truly blissful.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Neel from Eyedro – Dry Eye Spa having suffered with my eyes for the best part of almost a year! I constantly had this gritty sensation in my eyes, was having headaches and sleepless nights. From the outset, Neel knew was able to diagnose my eyes as being the cause of my problems and promptly developed a treatment plan to help alleviate my dry eye symptoms with a schedule that worked for me. I have been working on the tools and methodologies that Neel provided me with for several months now and I must say that it has made such a huge difference to my quality of life! “Spent the day here on a spa package. The massage was wonderful, excellent therapist that knew exactly what she was doing and trained to a high standard. The relaxation room with heated lounger was lovely and set the tone for the spa facilities. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room very relaxing and finished to a high standard. Food in the cafe was reasonably priced and nice. Overall I would definitely recommend a visit.”

“I went to see jo today, she was able to fit me in for an appointment the time I needed it, and accommodated to the fact I had salon acrylic nails on, she soaked off my acrylic nails and then spent her time correcting and helping my natural nail come out in the best condition possible before she started any treatment. I started my biab journey today and I’m glad to be doing it with Jo. She took her time making sure I was happy, I felt beautiful, and I was listened to throughout my appointment. “I had varicose vein’s, my left leg was the worse Dr Gheyi, advised and showed me on the ultrasound, how it works and explained in detail what he was going to do, he then sent me an email again detailed explaining everything and the costs (which I was very happy with), had EVLT on my left leg and sclerotherapy on the right, all healed well and I am so pleased with the results already and they still healing, my legs look 20 years younger I can’t wait for the summer to get my legs out, the staff are all lovely a very nice experience and warm welcome from everyone”

Its a lovely, relaxed and friendly salon that actually listens to you, offering advice and gentle guidance when you go in armed with your goal pics, so that you leave the salon feeling happy with your results. I've had cuts and colours with both Rachel and Georgia, both very talented and caring. Most recently Georgia corrected a balayage "mishap" after I was daft and went somewhere in my home town to save on travelling. No judgment, just set to work and sorted it properly - lesson learned. These girls are definitely worth the trip. Highly recommended, thank you again xx”

The team is always professional, friendly, and they truly go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the treatments. Over the years, I’ve had facials, gel nails, gel toes, massages, and waxing, and every service has been top quality. On my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Gracie, a new member of the team, who did my gel toes and leg wax. She did an amazing job! My leg wax was the quickest and most pain-free I think I've ever had. Gracie is a fantastic addition to the already fabulous team, and I can't recommend this salon enough!”

“The swimming paradise is breathtaking. It is truly stunning. However, with all the money that Center Parcs make, they should add more to it so that the queues in it for the rides get smaller. Overall, it is a very good swimming experience.”

“I Stayed here for a model railway exhibition in Dereham and it was a lovely hotel I arrived quite late and was greeted with the lovely owner who then made us some food which was AMAZING. He gave us some food for breakfast in the morning as we were going to miss it. He then showed us to our amazing room which was exceptionally clean and our beds were very comfy. Overall This is a amazing hotel and should have 5 stars”

“My friends and I have just come back from a Twighlight package. Full use of the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Dress robes towels and slippers and a complimentary drink £25 per person. It starts from 4pm-9pm. The lady on the phone said they leave at 5 pm, but there were friendly male staff on the reception who welcomed us and gave us our towels and robes. We used the changing rooms to change into which were clean. There are changing room toilets, showers, and plenty of room to change in. Remember to bring a pound with you for the locker. We spent a good two hours using the facilities. We were shown to a side room for spa packages to have our complimentary drink (a drink upto £6) and as the weather was nice, they had outdoor seating so we sat there with a beautiful pond and flowers as a view. We had a sandwich with crisps and salad for £7.90 and bowl of triple cut chips for £5. The food was yummy. The waiter was friendly and helpful with taking our orders and questions on food. A lovely relaxing evening after work. Well needed and worth the money!”
