Natalie is incredibly patient and calm and clearly loves my dogs. My Jack Russell can be a bit nervous and scared around water, it has been wonderful to see how happy she is to go into the treadmill with Natalie and she is always so pleased to see her. My Labrador very quickly decided that she was one of the few people that he loves to be around. What a fantastic set up and it is so lovely to see how much Natalie cares about each dog and she has a phenomenal amount of knowledge and understanding about what each dog needs.
