“What an amazing team! The communication was great from the get go, they were running late and had a lot of difficult babies to see. This wasn’t a problem at all and we were kept up to date throughout. The lady on reception was so welcoming and made such an effort with my two children. I also had a difficult baby, but the sonographer and assistant in the room were so patient and allowed us to have time to change positions, go for a walk and kept persevering until they were confident with the baby’s gender. “Took my newborn here for a tongue tie assessment after we were struggling to feed him on bottle and breast. After a very careful examination and lots of soothing from the lovely staff, Jenny confirmed he had a tongue tie and talked us through the process of cutting the frenulum - possible risks and benefits and double checked if we wanted his frenulum cut. We were able to have his frenulum cut at the same appointment and I was given careful assistance and tips with latching him to the breast. I could see and feel an immediate difference and am so appreciative that we were able to have this done very quickly and with so much kindness and assistance.”
