Had yet again, an absolutely fantastic experience with window the womb Norwich. We have been on 3 occasions (first peek gender blood test at 9 weeks/scan - results within 24 hours!! a scan after a worry and a 4D/ fetal wellbeing scan today). Each and everytime we have been made to feel so comfortable, and have left feeling pleased with our experience. The reception staff have always been warm and welcoming and the ultrasound technicians (both male and female) have treated myself and partner with dignity at all times and provided thorough explanations to any questions. The ultrasound assistants have made sure to be present in the experience and highlight anything the untrained eye may miss which makes it all the more worthwhile. Canβt thank the staff and management enough for making our experiences as pleasant as they have been and going above and beyond for us as we start a family x

I've always had great experiences here. But that was over five years when I first had my son. I went with my sister and the experience watching from checking in to being seen, just wasn't the standard I had. It feels like it has changed slightly and something seemed a bit 'off' and cold but couldn't put my finger on it. Seemed little empathy, and confusion over the results. Again a male doing an internal ultrasound .no problem but perhaps a lady could have the option of whether or not she was comfortable with this or not.

Me and my partner and my 2 other children went for a scan and gender reveal was told there was fluid on the heart amongst so called other problems and was referred to the hospital (we were all in tears and led to believe our baby may not live to see birth) long story short had the hospital appointment and was told window to the womb was wrong and there was NOTHING wrong with our baby. (We had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment too which was agonising) our son is here now he is a healthy 17 month old toddler!! - AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I had been here in 2019 for my pregnancy and had a good experience. I decided to book a wellwoman scan as wanted some symptoms checking. Sadly this time my experience felt lacking. The vibe was not friendly from anyone and I was trying to explain why I wanted the scan and I don't know, it fell flat. My sister commented the same. Considering I paid Β£105 and women who come to these scans are likely feeling vunerable and worried, I expected a bit more compassion and understanding. Also, it would be nice to know on the website when a man is doing the internal ultrasound prior to booking. He had a mask on and was hard to hear. The report was semi - helpful but only when I researched it via Google. Very little information was given. I have polycystic ovaries and was asking about the underdeveloped follicles and whether they could see if anything ovulation wise was happening and he said he didn't know. Perhaps I expected too much but the experience left me feeling a bit wobbly after and I would not return for a well woman scan. I wonder if it is because it is not pregnancy they are less interested and it was later in the evening.

What an amazing team! The communication was great from the get go, they were running late and had a lot of difficult babies to see. This wasnβt a problem at all and we were kept up to date throughout. The lady on reception was so welcoming and made such an effort with my two children. I also had a difficult baby, but the sonographer and assistant in the room were so patient and allowed us to have time to change positions, go for a walk and kept persevering until they were confident with the babyβs gender. I canβt thank window to the womb Norwich enough!

We came for a gender scan and returned for a 4D and HD scan. Both were wonderful experiences, we received a warm welcome and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend

Had my gender scan when I was 17+4 days and it was magical. The team is extremely nice and they took all the time to show me and my fiancee our twins. They explained to us everything and we had a peak in 4d . All amazing

The most politest people and very professional very welcoming and very educational to I paid privately to see my baby.. the NHS takes too long I rather pay then get an scan as the NHS is really unprofessional.. This business has all types of scans and you can even have a video of your baby and you can have a picture for free.. I paid Β£80 to have my first scan of this pregnancy with the best thing I've done so far money spent well on the company.. Highly recommended

Over the moon with my experiences at Window to Womb at the Norwich Branch. We have currently had 2 private scans and awaiting for our third one for the 4D experience. Overall, the staff were polite and calm. During one of my scans I had to report back 3 times in the appointment as my little man wouldnβt show his gender at the time, they accommodated this very professionally and even when I apologised they reassured me that it is not an issue. I felt very at ease during the appointments and they were so lovely. I canβt wait to return for my 4D scan! Thank you to all the staff for their assistance.
