“On my birthday I was introduced at the door by an amazing up to beat staff member named Jacob. As I told him it was my birthday beforehand, he went above and beyond and made my experience far better than the last visit I had previously. I did the Alice in wonderland room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had a great time. My partner who was with me enjoyed it too as he isn’t a fan usually of escape rooms. On the exit of the room, I was welcomed back by Jacob asking if I had fun, if I wanted a picture with the props. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday escape room experience. I recommend Jacob for the great service!”

“What an amazing team! The communication was great from the get go, they were running late and had a lot of difficult babies to see. This wasn’t a problem at all and we were kept up to date throughout. The lady on reception was so welcoming and made such an effort with my two children. I also had a difficult baby, but the sonographer and assistant in the room were so patient and allowed us to have time to change positions, go for a walk and kept persevering until they were confident with the baby’s gender. I can’t thank window to the womb Norwich enough!”

“A exciting day for bowling turned into a afternoon of pain and tears! No ones fault but mine eek! Thank you to the two lovely ladies that ran to get me ice when I tripped and fell over my daughter in the bathroom. I thought I broke my ankle. They also tried to calm my daughters that were crying. Thank you to the two gentleman who also came to check on me. So sorry I didn't get any names. The bowling was fun and the revamp looks great too!”

“The school provides a good all-round education for our children. We consider them to be very happy there - especially when we see them in a play or similar. The staff are very committed and there is a genuine feeling of warmth among parents and staff. I would recommend anyone who is interested to get in touch to arrange a visit.”

“Big thank you to the happy parent - my daughter developed a massive fear of feeling sick after a tummy bug . She started to have panic attacks simply for feeling full after eating and it became unmanageable. I contacted the happy parent who through several sessions have helped return my happy daughter and she once again eating normally and far less bothered about being sick and no more panic attacks . A few more sessions and I believe she be completely free from the fear . Thank you Kinsley”

“I stayed at the Norwich Central Travelodge due to its location, it is convenient for public transport just one minute from the bus station. The hotel definitely need a make over but the staff are very kind and polite. Zuzanna in the Bar on breakfast and the Hotel Manager Nalend is very polite and professional. Nice to see her checking the building early the morning and greeting customer. Very well managed.”

“Please bear in mind I am of an age where looking and treating the bottom of my feet is difficult to say the least :-) I had a problem with the underside of my right foot and made an appointment with Suzy. Suzy quickly diagnosed the problem as 3 or 4 corns and treated and rectified them whilst explaining how and why they had formed and therefore why it was painful to walk. Suzy was very likeable and professional, would recommend anyone with feet problem to go here.”

“When looking for a nursery I wanted my son to be in an enriching environment where he would still learn but not be subject to a school setting from such a young age. Orchidale was easily the right choice. He has been here for nearly 2 years and his last day will definitely be a sad one! He plays outside almost all the time and has had so many amazing experiences, going on trips to farms, library, nature walks, their very own forest school and so much more. They also have people come in to deliver sessions such as yoga and karate, ponies and other animals, and even the ice cream van! They also have their own on-site rabbits and chickens. His confidence has grown massively since attending Orchidale and he's made amazing friendships. The staff are amazing, so kind and caring and they feedback so many details about my son's day. He's a fussy eater but even this has improved with their gentle support. I know he is so well cared for by all the staff. Also, when we had an extremely sad personal family matter the staff were incredibly supportive and helped in any way they could. I am so glad we chose this nursery.”

“Such a wonderful book shop for children ( and adults) being offered a drink on arrival is such a lovely touch. Made to feel welcome, staff are knowledgeable and friendly and brilliant with the children. Always buy a couple of new books for the kids when we go and it's wonderful to see them just sitting and getting lost in the world of stories.”

“My 4 year old just left to go to school. He developed so much over his time at Little Footsteps working through most of the rooms. He grew into a confident, polite and bright boy ready for school. The staff have been brilliant nurturing him. My one year old has been in since 6months old. The baby room staff are amazing at relieving parents anxiety of leaving a young baby. He loves going and the staff are great at helping him develop and reach his goals. They are so supportive and warming. All the staff are very knowledge and keen to help the children. Overall it's a great nursery which I am happy to take my children to and leave with no concerns. Thank you”

“We held our Daughter’s 4th Birthday party at Tots Town and everything was fantastic! The venue itself was incredibly clean and Fiona and the team were there to help with everything the whole time - it was definitely the least stressful party we’ve ever hosted!! All of the children had the best time and our daughter absolutely loved her party. Would highly recommend Tots Town as a party venue- excellent! Thank you!”

“Lunch Experience at Jarrod’s Pantry Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying my favorite pie for lunch at Jarrod’s top-floor Pantry restaurant. At first, I was ready to leave as I wasn't in the mood for another carvery. However, I spotted the steak and kidney pie on the menu and couldn’t resist! I went back to the counter and chose a delightful meal of boiled and roasted potatoes with fresh vegetables, paired with a refreshing bottle of mango juice. The pie was generously filled with steak and kidney, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked to perfection. It truly made for an enjoyable meal! In total, my lunch cost £17.30, which kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. Jarrod’s is a relatively large restaurant, quite popular with the older generations. The staff-to-customer ratio is nearly always spot on, ensuring excellent service. Plus, there are several car parks within walking distance, making it an ideal place to meet up with friends or, like I did today, enjoy a meal alone.”

“I think this is a little hidden gem! Large Barns filled with such a variety of rooms and things to do. Large outdoor areas with plenty of play equipment and Wendy houses, lots of space for picnics and eating outside in shade and sun. Mini animal section with donkeys, ponies, rabbits, guineapigs and goats. Several areas for toy tractor rides/diggers. Brilliant soft play with a smaller section for littles, and several rooms filled with no end of toys including kitchens, train tracks, fancy dress, baby toys, I could go on and on! Adults go free, 10 pound per walking child (crawlers get a discount). Easy to spend the whole day here and the kids have had so much fun!”

“They were just closing up for the day and my foster child was very upset having just said goodbye to his mother. I promised him candy floss for being so brave but we got to the shop just as the young man was going to close the shutters. I explained to him that we really needed the candy floss to make a little boy very happy and he was happy for us to quickly grab and pay for it. I have never felt so thankful!”

“Emma at the John Lewis Nursery department was incredible! Even though all appointments were booked, she kindly fit us in last minute when a slot cancelled. She patiently explained everything about prams and car seats, including safety features. Her expert advice about spine health and car seat use really put us at ease. Emma was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our baby’s safety. Highly recommend her for anyone needing honest, helpful guidance!”
