The teachers here are so lovely and so supportive, they are so accommodating to your child and will make them feel heard and safe. Despite how friendly and kind all of the staff are they also keep things very professional. My son has really came out of his shell and learnt so much throughout his time here and always has so much to say when I bring him home. “Walked in and paid, no waiting around. Staff ready to serve and helpful. Drinks and food came quickly enough to the lane. Kids enjoyed playing both games and didn't get bored. Went into the arcades, great range of games with ticket prizes. My only suggestion would be to ask about bumpers when booking in, as this is done manually it meant we had to go back and ask for this to be done. As there was no queue this wasn't a big deal, but I imagine when busy it's not ideal.”
