Both our children have attended Child First and have absolutely loved it. The child-led ethos creates such a wonderful environment for the children to grow - I have truly felt that our children's interests have been pursued and nurtured. The staff clearly love their jobs and are so welcoming to both children and their families - the team are managed by Amy who is so supportive and accommodating to individual needs. The food offered is all made fresh within house and the menu is always varied and appetising. It's a huge weight off of our minds knowing that our children have been so happy and well cared for whilst we've been at work. It really is a home from home. We'll miss them all dearly when they outgrow Child First!”

“Absolutely fantastic Premier Inn, absolutely five star and beyond! Booked to stay for my birthday with my girlfriend who lives in Coventry, but unfortunately she was admitted to hospital the day we was due to check in. But, I checked in for my two nights and would visit her for most of the time I was there and would pretty much just sleep at the hotel. Shame, as it was such a lovely and clean room not to mention cosy. Special mention to Connor after finding out it was my birthday, he arranged for a couple of complimentary drinks for my room and upon returning from spending 10 hours of my birthday at the hospital, I found an ice bucket with two bottles of beer and a lovely birthday card from all the staff. Such a lovely gesture and will return with my girlfriend to make up for her not being able to stay. Purple spotlight in bathroom is a really nice touch. Lovely staff and nice place to stay. Thanks”

Staff were brilliant, great price for 20 children, the children all enjoyed themselves and was given a free return voucher. We found this to be the best place around for kids parties. “First time coming here and the kids are tired out from the afternoon slot, but probably like most kids, they didn't want to leave when time was up. On arrival the staff were friendly and approachable. Due to current pandemic as stated on their website temperature checks were done in arrival for everyone's safety. Once in, we took a seat where the kids went off to play. The venue is a small place but just right too in my opinion where the kids can be seen from all angles. The café had a variety of choices from food and drinks which was perfect. The amount of time allotted is perfect for the kids and with the half hour turnaround to get everything wiped down is a really good thing I think. Another day already pencil marked for the kids and I will definitely recommend this place”
