Recent experience of the surgery has been excellent. On each occasion I have phoned the surgery for an appointment I have spoken to a receptionist without delay and found each one helpful. I have recently had appointments with Dr Khosla, both on the phone and in person, and regard his manner and advice first rate. He listens carefully and gives his diagnosis clearly and in a manner that creates confidence. I am pleased and very satisfied with my recent dealings with the surgery.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Popat at Cheylesmore Surgery. From the moment the appointment started, Dr. Popat was attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a warm, human approach. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding. I’m very grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend!

I visited Cheylesmore Surgery recently with a persistent cough, cold and sore throat, and Dr. Khosla provided truly exceptional care. First of all, I got the GP appointment in same day, this the unique thing I have been through. Otherwise mos tof the GP take at least 1-2 days for a simple appointment. Dr. Khosla was thorough in his assessment, and was explaining the likely causes and treatment options in a clear and reassuring way. What stood out most was his calm and empathetic approach. He didn’t rush the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood. His advice was practical, and the prescribed treatment helped me recover quickly. Highly recommend Dr. Khosla for anyone seeking attentive and effective care, especially when you're feeling under the weather.

Cheylesmore Surgery is great. You can phone up easily and speak to someone and they are not grumpy and they help with what you need. You can easily get an appointment. They are organised and the surgery has a good atmosphere. I’m always happy with the surgery. The staff are ALL very nice. I actually recommended the surgery to someone this week.

I recently transferred to Cheylesmore Surgery, having been with my previous surgery for over forty years. From the outset Cheylesmore Surgery have been outstanding on all fronts; the transition process from my old surgery, calls to reception, telephone consultations with doctors and face to face appointments. Phone calls have been answered promptly and courteously, appointments made quickly and referrals actioned swiftly. I would particularly like to thank Dr Sumeet Khosla for his kindness and professionalism during recent consultations. I feel completely supported and cared for. Thank you so much.

Absolutely awful at putting prescriptions through to the pharmacy, 2/3 times you'll go the pharmacy and they won't have done their jobs and put it through. Avoid if you have any other alternative

This is a wonderful practise with brilliant doctors, nurses, paramedics, clinicians, well being professionals and friendly office staff. They go the extra mile. We have brought up our family with their help.

Had an out of hours phone call appointment with the doctor at 8:50pm had a missed call off the doctor at 8:15pm. When 8:50pm cam I had no call. I then phoned the surgery to be told the doctor tried to phone! Yeah he did. 40 mins before my appointment. Feel free to try phone early but if you can't get through you still should still phone at the appointed time.

Worst ever surgery I have had dealings with. Wasted my time and money to get there, only to find the Doctor didn't have the right equipment. Suggested I buy my own blood pressure monitor. No one monitoring mask wearing in a crammed environment for flu jabs (must have put the message out to everyone in the area as looked like they all turned up) Apparently nurses don't come and take bloods at your home unless you go and fetch the form from them, which (in my situation) defeats the object.First time I have ever heard of this. Just awful and unprofessional
