   The staff showed minimal interest in the children, except one lady who ended up leaving the establishment. Miss Lauren was excellent and engaged with my child and took her time to speak to me properly when I came to collect my child after nursery. However, the other staff I spoke to gave me a minimal response to questions and didn’t show any engagement. I saw the ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating and thought it would be a great place but experience taught me otherwise. I have now sent my second child to a different nursery and I am much more comfortable with her being there and also find the staff there much more engaged with the kids.

   Having had a lovely tour back in January but since I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I put an application in for my son’s nursery place and was reassured by head office and the nursery staff that he definitely had a place for September. I called in July to enquire about settling in sessions only to receive a call back saying my son’s place was being withdrawn as they had over booked. I do still wonder how and why they decided it would be my child that wasn’t going to get a place despite applying months in advance. This left me trying to organise alternative childcare at such short notice. 5 weeks on and I’m still waiting for my registration fee to be refunded.

   Had a look around Busy Bees today and I have to say this nursery looks excellent, all the staff were knowledgeable and diligent and some members have been working at this nursery for quite some time which shows they are highly experienced which is comforting to know, the nursery building itself was clean and in good condition and all the children looked happy and content. I will be applying for a space for my expected child.

   I was always calm when my little one was in this nursery, all staff always friendly and I could easily contact anyone if this was required. My daughter was always happy to go there and with smile on her face was telling me how her days had gone .
