“Amazing service. Two individuals are amazing - Sharon and Aiysha. They have been so helpful it’s phenomenal. I think as fathers we need to take our emotions out of the service offered and be pragmatic and logical. Yes - there are certain items we would like immediately but these employees are under so much pressure we would not believe - so how about we give them a break and look at ourselves. I certainly could not do this job - so my hat goes off to these beautiful, helpful individuals- thank you. “Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package. Would definitely recommend if you want a stress free experience. “My son has been attending this nursery since he was around 18 months old and has consistently had a positive experience. Any concerns I’ve raised have been addressed promptly by the management team. For instance, during periods when my son was reluctant to attend—typical toddler behaviour—his key workers provided extra support to help build his confidence and friendships. Ismah has been particularly kind and attentive, though all the staff I’ve interacted with have been warm and welcoming. They always acknowledge my child, even outside of nursery hours, which reflects their genuine care. While the nursery doesn’t have its own outdoor space, they make up for it with regular walks, park visits, cinema trips, and daily access to an on-site soft play area. The nursery also offers wraparound care, including a breakfast club and holiday club, which is a great support for working parents. Communication has noticeably improved over the past year with the introduction of the Famly app. We now receive timely updates about closures and helpful reminders when needed. The app also provides a daily, child-specific itinerary, photos, and a monthly development summary, which helps us stay informed and engaged in our child’s progress.”

“Robins Nest are a brilliant nursery, the staff are so lovely and nothing it too much trouble to accommodate. My daughter has additional needs and they have gone above and beyond to support her and meet with me regularly to discuss her goals and progress. They have assisted with referring her to relevant services and guiding me through these steps. My daughter loves going and I feel so comfortable knowing she is cared for so well - she comes home covered in dirt, paint or glitter and I know she has had a great day!”

“We had a bottomless brunch and were served by Tom and Holly all I can say is 10/10. We each had 8 drinks in the 90 minutes and we had a delicious meal. The service was really fast and holly and Tom were lovely! I would highly recommend it’s been a lovely bottomless brunch we will be doing it again! For £30 with a big meal and this many drinks you can’t go wrong.”

“My partner who has dementia has been going to this day centre for about six months, he is picked up and brought back home by mini bus, he enjoys going and staff are great, it gives him something to do instead of sitting in the house all day, beautiful gardens and plenty to do, small groups. People who pick him up three days a week are lovely and very kind to him, gives me a break too which is much needed.”
