“I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Italia! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and exceeded my expectations. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Madi and Destiny took care of us, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was polite, attentive, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, always with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, but Madi made the whole dining experience extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back — both for the amazing food and the outstanding service. “Had Sunday roast platter lunch with my family and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was superb with a warm, friendly welcome and undivided attention throughout - nothing was too much trouble. The timing of the meals was spot-on and the food was incredible - good-sized portions, very flavoursome, presented well and overall delicious. It was good value for money too and worth every penny and more. Will definitely be returning for another visit. Highly recommended”

“My interest was piqued when I saw few reservations were available a month in advance. As soon as the food arrived, it all made sense. The portions are fantastic and the starters are almost mains. It's rare for me not to finish a meal but I had chips and almost half a pizza left over for lunch! Staff were all great and heartening to see the business doing well.”

The staff always give us such a warm welcome and really take care of us every time we visit. If you haven’t been yet and you’re craving a tasty feast, you must try it. “What a lovely place this was. The service was exceptional. The server brought out the wine which we tasted before she poured full glasses and she placed the serviette on our laps. I service I havent received for years. The food was glorious,hot fresh and tasty. I couldn't fault it. If we lived here we would be in here all the time.”

“Visited the pub earlier this evening - what a great end to a busy week! We were truly impressed by the service throughout our visit - we were welcomed by all staff members, seated within seconds and our order was taken within a few minutes. Service was incredibly quick. The food was faultless - the best mixed grill in the Midlands! The butter chicken was just perfect - will definitely be ordering again. We also had sides - chips, naan and rotis - everything was spot on! If only we had room for more, we would have ordered a sweet treat :) the quality cannot be matched. A lovely family run pub/ restaurant - I’d definitely put it at the top of my list for recommendations. Whether it’s a family meal, quick munch or a date night for two, you’ll not be disappointed! “After finally being allowed from Boris to eat out, I got a chance to pop in and try some tasty Indian food. Once ordered, drinks, popadoms and a selection of sauces were brought to our table. Followed by our hot food ordered which looked amazing, extremely tasteful, plentiful and totally delicious. Staff were so friendly, will most definitely be visiting again to try out some more of the menu, the alcohol drinks at the bar looked very appealing, definitely for a night out soon.”

“This was my first experience of dining in a restaurant, under the 'Eat Out to Help Out Scheme' introduced by the government. It was only possible to reserve a table for lunchtime on Tuesday 18th - evenings were fully booked out. There was outdoor seating which was decently spaced out. I ordered the Pad Thai (main) with Tofu and a starter of Spring Rolls (vegetable), all served on the same plate. A Chang-style lager went well with it. I think this is the best Thai Meal I have tasted for a while; the restaurant is worth another visit and I will try out the other meals :)”

“We visited Toluca for my friend's birthday, we had pre booked our table otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get a seat, as it was a Saturday and every table was full! There was a live band which we all loved and it added an even better atmosphere, all the tables loved the music and was singing along. The food was delicious, I have an egg allergy which they gave me a separate menu which contained the allergies on. We didn't wait too long for our food approximately 40 minutes but the drinks flowed nicely. The staff were very friendly and approachable. They understood the menu and were able to recommend their favourite dishes and which dishes contained eggs, but reasured me with a menu. When the food arrived it was presented very nicely and tasted so good! As there was 20 of us and pretty much ordered different dishes to each other, nobody had a bad thing to say and we all had empty plates! I would defiantly recommend this place for anyone celebrating, date night, light lunch. As it was late evening when we arrived no young children were present but I have seen children eating at Toluca throughout the day time for lunch. For me the live band, the food and the great flow of drinks made this night a great night!”
