“Went for a bottomless brunch as usual place was fully booked and I'm glad it was! Tacos were awesome and the cocktails on the brunch menu were far beyond what I had expected. The staff were also very friendly and passionate. Would definitely go again for a brunch/some tacos and or cocktails! Best Pina Colada I've ever had!”
“Came here for bottomless brunch and had such a great experience! The brown stew chicken was absolutely delicious, and we loved it so much we had to order extra servings of festival—they were divine. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of home. Big shout out to our wonderful server Jenna, who kept the cocktails flowing and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait for our next visit!”
“Ziggy was amazing! Served us well on our bottomless brunch and never forgot about us! Music was a bit loud for 8pm at night though felt like I was shouting the whole time.”
“A lovely experience in a colourful, comfortable restaurant. Great food and outstanding service. The best you can find.”
“Omelette was great and tea as well. Good place to have your brekky”
“The food was great, i have ordered the fillet combo and it was delicious, this steak was one of the best that i have ever tasted. Also the workers here are very friendly.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Riley’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alex behind the bar. From the moment we sat down, Alex was welcoming, attentive, and clearly knows his craft. The cocktails were perfectly balanced — creative, flavorful, and made with care. He even gave great recommendations based on what we usually like, and every choice was spot on. The food was just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and served hot. You can tell the kitchen and bar work together well here. Whether you’re stopping in for a drink or staying for a full meal, Riley’s (and especially Alex) makes it worth your time. Can’t wait to come back!”
“What a find…. Such a lovely place. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Popped in for a coffee with a friend, very relaxed vibe. We just had coffee today but my friend assures me food is always good. I am definitely returning to check this out”
“Very friendly place, both staf and patrons! The bar is small, but there are plenty of tables in the beer garden at the rear, weather permitting! There was BBQ in the aid of the Air Ambulance, so we had a burger and chips, very nice! Some very nice beers on offer, defo worth a visit!”
“Lovely little micropub with a few kegs on tap and cask too! Well kept beer as far as I can tell. Nice local atmosphere and decor, I like that they have lots of traditional ales along with the usual craft stuff. It's all table service and the staff are friendly, for what it is the beer is also very well priced. Menu is now via a qr code. Pleased to call it my local.”
“Great breakfast with really quick and friendly service. Well priced and it was apparent the ingredients were kocaly sourced and or home made, proper sausages, home made hash browns and beautiful thick cut bacon.”
“The flag offers a changing selection of around 10 real ales, shouts and porters. Being a micro pub its not the biggest of places but the clientelle are always friendly and talkative as are the staff and landlord. If you havn't visited yet, I'd urge you to, you'll enjoy a nice pint in a friendly pub.”
“Lovely, friendly private run bar. I enjoy it for the atmosphere and live music. Haven't eaten there so can't comment about the food but knowing the owners it's probably good.”
“Fantastic Mirco pub. Great service and atmosphere. Great price for two top beers. Definitely be going again with the scooter club”
“Unlike some cinemas that over charge for larger more comfortable seats. Every screen at showcase has the same eectronic recliners. Ticket price is decent and with the addition of the Insider card your constantly earing money off. Food selection is good and pick'n'mix is a personal favourite. In all its a brilliant cinema.”
“great customer service, perfect atmosphere pop world is an amazing place defo recommend to others”
“Found this place whilst wandering around Hockley looking for somewhere to eat, and boy are we glad we did! Cool place with lovely staff and awesome pizza. Love the amount of vegan options too!”
“Had a lovely meal at The Butchers. We had a ‘Mega Roast’ and it was amazing! The meat was incredible and the unlimited trimmings ensured you had enough food (and some going spare). We will definitely be back. The service was great- Holly was warm, welcoming and attentive. All staff were fantastic. 5/5 would recommend.”
“Really, really good service from everyone who looked after us and served us right from the start. The food was also incredible. I was looking forward to trying everything we ordered but it was honestly exceptional - beautifully presented, incredible flavour combinations, nicely proportioned. Churros and salmon with orange were both incredible. The padron peppers were maybe the best we've ever had. I'd say it was really good value for the quality as well. Would love to pop in again in the future.”
“History, Hues, and Hospitality: Sunday Lunch at Pitcher and Piano Nottingham Our Sunday lunch reservation at The Pitcher and Piano in Nottingham was an absolutely memorable experience, thanks primarily to its stunning and unique setting. Housed within the magnificent High Pavement Unitarian Chapel, this Grade II listed building—originally constructed in 1876—is far more than just a restaurant; it’s a living piece of Nottingham history. The architecture alone is worth the visit. It's truly breathtaking to dine beneath the soaring ceilings and surrounded by the retained grandeur of the former chapel. The conversion, which happened in 1998, brilliantly preserved key elements, giving the space an atmosphere that is simultaneously historic and modern. It makes for one of the most visually interesting and vibrant dining environments you could find in the city, perfectly blending its past as a place of worship and a lace museum with its present as a popular social hub. For a fun, tangible souvenir, we took advantage of the on-site photo booth. It’s a great way to remember your visit, costing £5 for four physical prints and including a digital download of your photos, making the unique backdrop part of your memory. Making the online reservation was smooth and efficient, and upon arrival, we were treated to excellent hospitality. Our experience was made particularly wonderful by Jess, who waited on us. Jess was attentive, professional, and added a warm, friendly touch to our meal, ensuring everything was perfectly taken care of. Great service combined with great surroundings elevates a simple lunch into an occasion. Overall, The Pitcher and Piano offers a truly unique destination for food and drinks. If you’re looking for delicious dining in a jaw-dropping location, this venue delivers on both history and quality service. Highly recommended!”

“We arrived around 1230 on a Saturday having walked from a local village. Although we were the only customers the greeting was super friendly and the service was brilliant. The food was delicious, especially the home made soup. Definitely going back, and this will become the new half way point. Having visited other pubs in Castle Donington this is one of the best by far. Dog friendly in the bar and outside Great food Great welcome Worth a visit”
“Ordered from the brunch menu. Cumberland sausage cob, and halloumi and roast pepper toasted sandwich. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Good service and pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely go back.”
“What can I say, I love a good steak and you can definitely find one here! Perfectly cooked, full of flavour fillet steak. If you’re a carnivore like me then I’m sure you will enjoy every bite. I loved the fact they bring you a tray of different knives to pick from, nice touch. Really great service as well, super pleasant and welcoming. Will be back again. Highly recommend!”
“Really lovely evening spent in the private garden room for a small business function. Staff were helpful but also left us to it. Nice and clean and use of a music system you can easily connect to your phone. Thanks!”
“Went to Brewdog on Saturday 18/10/25 for their 2hr ‘Beer School’ event. There were 8 of us ‘in class’ which is run at a large table in the main bar area. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Our ‘teacher’ was Cameron who really knew his stuff about Brewdog and the 5 types of Brewdog beers we sampled from light to dark. The pairings with the specially selected cheese and crackers were absolutely genius! Cameron was happy to take any questions as we talked through each sample and we had a lot of laughs at the same time. I definitely know now a whole lot more about beer than when I arrived!! Thank you Cameron I will definitely be attending again!!”
“Always a welcoming atmosphere with lovely staff. The food is amazing, especially the quiche (to die for) and very well presented, and very filling.”
