“We visited Poppa Pizza in Nottingham during a family trip from London, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. This place is a true gem – warm, welcoming, and perfect for families. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pizzas were some of the best we’ve had since moving to the UK – crispy base, generous toppings, and that perfect cheese pull! The kids loved it, and so did we. “Today was my daughters Hen party and we all had a blast. Drinks never stopped food was ace and James who looked after us was so accommodating. He made sure everyone got what they wanted and really looked after the two in our party who were not drinking. It was a great experience and we will deffinitely be back.”

“Ate here on a Saturday evening. Food and drink were excellent. Food was cooked perfectly and served very promptly, with the main course a good time soon after the starters. Staff were very attentive to the empty plates and when drinks were empty. Atmosphere was nice, with several other tables dining at the same time. The one issue that our party had would be the temperature of the room, it was slightly on the cold side, but that could also be because of the time of year.”

“Absolutely fantastic. The food was AMAZING, service was great. The place is lovely inside and out, we were there for dinner tonight (30th December), only thing wrong with the evening was that the table behind us seemed to have a couple seated who were “influencers” (idiots) who seems to be streaming whilst complaining constantly about everything and each other……. I can only hope they catch me in the background scowling at their effort to ruin our and everyone else’s enjoyment of this excellent restaurant.”

“I’ve ordered a couple of times from Milano Pizza. The pizzas are delicious (ordered Milano Special and meatfeast) ingredients were fresh and had lots of cheese! Chicken shish kebab was on point and volcano burger so juicy. Definitely recommend and totally worth the price.”

“I have ordered from these guys for years and the food is yummy, every single time. The guys in the shop are always friendly and welcoming when I’ve been in and the shop looks super clean and tidy. Their delivery drivers are so bloody lovely (I usually have the same 2 ladies). Delivery is sometimes on the longer side (I have waited an hour on a busy evening) HOWEVER, it is well worth it as the food is always piping hot and fresh! Prices are great, I think they’re worth paying more for, especially in comparison to other takeaway prices where the food isn’t always the best. Overall, always a great experience ordering from Pizza Base. Thanks guys!! EDIT: (I have also rated 5/5 for food, service and atmosphere but it keeps saying 0!)”
