“We called by last night without a reservation. They accommodated us straight away . The layout allows you to see the pizzas being made which is interesting. We ordered two pizzas and two drinks. There was little delay before they turned up and OMG , the pizzas were in our option ‘ the best pizzas ever’ the dough was light, the ingredients were clearly top notch . We took some home and had it today. Was still great re-heated. A hidden gem. Will be our default pizza place from now on. Well done chefs and team.”

“Bibi only buys top quality products and everything is homemade. From flour for dough to mince for burgers, all top tier. Been going there for over 15 years. Not once i was disappointed.”

“I’ve been a regular at Rudy’s for the past two years and it’s definitely one of my favourite spots in Sheffield as a student. So when I brought my family here after graduation - It was such a pleasant experience as per usual and it was so endearing to see that the service and quality of food has remained consistent as it has been since my first visit! Our server Kim was really nice, she offered me free prosecco for graduating and also an extra dessert on the house even though we already ordered two! The pizzas came out really quickly and the servers were very attentive IE Asking us how we wanted the pizzas to be served, constantly refilling our water jugs. I’ll miss Rudy’s greatly as I graduate and move away from Sheffield as I had so many pleasant memories here especially for its price range, and I hope everyone else will get to experience it too!”

“Beautiful restaurant with lovely owner and amazing Pizzas!!!!! We had the special stake pizza, goats cheese pizza and had some drinks! The price was great and we also had some lovely gelatos that were great quantity :) The restaurant was full but they called us for when the space was empty and it was great :)!! “A hidden little gem of a place ... We've driven past this place many a times on our way to town - not thinking much of it.. it's a shame we didn't try it sooner! Food: Fantastically tasty food, which was prompt and well presented. On the first visit, there was a substitute on my tagliatelle - but this is because it's all made fresh that day and we arrived one hour before closing. Tried a few different starters/sharing plates, both were beautiful and (as much as I know) tasted authentic. Each following visit has been equally beautiful food. Service: First time, we arrived an hour before closing (cause... Yolo and we were hungry) and they were still very welcoming and accommodating. We still weren't rushed to order out food, even with the time. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. On following visits, everyone has been beyond lovely on each visit ... Atmosphere: Decorated with little touches of Sicily - it has a nice ambience for the type of food and cuisine served. It can get a little loud, with the size of the room, but nothing to stop you visiting this beautiful little gem. Would definitely recommend and will continue to return.”

“I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The highlight of my meal was the mashed potatoes and eggs. The mashed potatoes were creamy, buttery, and perfectly seasoned. The eggs were fluffy and cooked to perfection, complementing the potatoes beautifully. The combination was simple yet incredibly satisfying. “An amazing place to enjoy a beer, glass of wine and beautiful pizza, fries and nibbles. The pizzas are so tasty and the beer and wine selection is really good quality. Love it that Abbeydale Brewery beers are always on at least one tap, a very local brewery, they are a few hundred metres across the road. As well as amazing food, the service is so good. Tonight, one of the team checked with the table next to us on their order as they are regulars and one of the ingredients sounded different to the normal order. They were right! Great attention to detail and care. We have been coming here for years and realised we have not reviewed it. Should have done ages ago. Also, out of 40 odd visits they would all be 5 stars. Thanks Gary and team for a brilliant neighbourhood restaurant. Last point! If you order for delivery it's still great!”

“A large family group visit to Koinonia at Diwali to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday lunchtime. We all had the Diwali set menu including the child with us. We had a warm friendly welcome into the nicely decorated restaurant and the staff were all dressed in beautiful cultural clothing. We were seated and offered drinks promptly. Staff came to speak to us about gluten free changes/options for one of our diners and shortly after our food started to arrive. Wow absolutely amazing, each course was generous in portion size, looked fabulous, smelled unbelievably good and tasted fantastic. We were all thrilled with our meals and the cost was very competitive, drinks were fairly priced, 0% Cobra was also available for the drivers amongst our group. We would all highly recommend a visit to Koinonia it’s a gem of a restaurant in the centre of Newark on Trent with plenty of nearby parking options”

You must try the venison! Warm atmosphere with Japanese inspried decor, only space for 28 covers so booking far ahead is essential, Great attentive service.”

“Probably the best East-Asian food I've eaten at a restaurant. Excellent service and the food came promptly. The chef and owner explained different points on the menu in a very clear manner and gave great recommendations. The food itself was brilliant, the best part was that everything is halal since they don't use any pork and only use halal meat. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent. We were actually the only ones there at the time. I personally was a big fan of all the paintings hung up on the walls. The owner even explained the cultural significance behind some of them and what they meant. Overall a 10/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone thinking of going there and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.”

“The best pizza - Luigi hand stretches all the bases personally, unlike most of the pizza shops around here that use pre-made bases. The prices have barely increased in the 30+ years that this place has been open. He doesn't deliver, he doesn't need to, its that popular. If you want a Friday tea-time pizza phone it in or you will be waiting, it's that popular.”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Domo Italian Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was bursting with authentic Italian flavors and beautifully presented. I enjoyed a dish with rich tomato sauce and tender octopus served with toasted bread — it was packed with bold, comforting flavors and cooked to perfection. I also had the steak and prawns in a flavorful, velvety sauce a real showstopper. On top of that, we shared a generous portion of mixed fried seafood crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, accompanied by a variety of dipping sauces and lemon wedges. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with that charming rustic Italian touch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The only minor downside was that the food took a little while to arrive, but considering how busy the place was, it’s totally understandable and honestly, the quality of the dishes made it worth the wait. If you’re after a true taste of Italy with vibrant dishes and great service, Domo is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!”
