I really loved the atmosphere here β€” it’s very unique and has a special character. The menu is creative and features many dishes I hadn’t tried before, which makes me want to come back and explore more options in the future. The staff were friendly and polite, although it was sometimes difficult to get their attention when we wanted to order or add dishes, as they didn’t check on guests very frequently. The food was delicious, though it is on the pricier side. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would still recommend it.

We stopped by (did not make a reservarion) for a midweek dinner around 6pm. We were among the 1st diners there but the place got quite busy over the next hour. In general, a reservation is a good idea. Our food was served very quickly- we had pizzas and aranchini- and was tasty (but definitely not exceptional!). We liked the 'vibe' and the restaurant is now nicely decorated for Xmas, but the service was not particularly friendly and we felt a bit rushed.

A great institute of Sheffield. One of our favourite restaurants in the city. Always a great service and great food. Not cheap but you pay for what you get, pizzas very reasonable price wise! Great service and staff

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Domo Italian Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was bursting with authentic Italian flavors and beautifully presented. I enjoyed a dish with rich tomato sauce and tender octopus served with toasted bread β€” it was packed with bold, comforting flavors and cooked to perfection. I also had the steak and prawns in a flavorful, velvety sauce a real showstopper. On top of that, we shared a generous portion of mixed fried seafood crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, accompanied by a variety of dipping sauces and lemon wedges. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with that charming rustic Italian touch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The only minor downside was that the food took a little while to arrive, but considering how busy the place was, it’s totally understandable and honestly, the quality of the dishes made it worth the wait. If you’re after a true taste of Italy with vibrant dishes and great service, Domo is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Beginning with the food, it was mostly great, the seafood shared starter was plentiful and greatly seasoned sauces - though a dash of salt was needed for our pallets. The venison was amazing, fruity and rich, as you’d expect. However, the lobster ravioli was disappointing as the flavour was minimal and poor, so I’d avoid that for now and choose another. The rest of the meal was great, so only 1 issue there. The restaurant vibe felt very homely and friendly with a dash of class, just what you’d expect. The customer service was friendly and caring, with different people asking if things were okay. Overall, a great experience and would recommend visiting for a special occasion.

The atmosphere, lighting, decor is all magnificent. Soft lights, candles on tables and just faint music make for a very relaxed but refined aesthetic. The servers are very friendly, and very attentive. The food is honestly the best I've ever had. Portions are very decently sized. Everything was done to perfection. The oven baked bass was perfectly done, soft and amazingly well seasoned. Desserts were amazing. The roast potato side was huge, simple but satisfying. Prices are steeper than a regular restaurant in Sheffield, but for the quality of food, the freshness of all the produce and the atmosphere in general, it is well worth it.

Really good food and excellent service. The cocktails are also very good. It is maybe on the slightly more expensive side but you could say it is just about worth it. My gourmet pizza was really good, although I'd have preferred the base to be crisper and not quite so doughy. My wife's steak was really good and cooked perfectly too. The staff were fabulous, really friendly and polite. The issue for me is; I've been here for a cocktail previously (more than once!) but never for food, and the food has always looked amazing. I'd vowed to eat here and my expectations were high. Unfortunately, Domo didn't quite meet my expectations! So while the food was really good, it wasn't amazing. You could argue that for the price, "really good" isn't good enough. I'd still recommend a visit and I would probably give them another try.

Celebrated my birthday here yesterday. What a brilliant place. The food is amazing. Every meal we had was delicious. The portions are large too! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back- so much on the menu to try.

Starters of bread and Olives with Pesto was divine. Fresh, tasty and perfect start to the evening meal. I was slightly disappointed with my main. For the price I was hoping for a bit more but that might be on me a little for not pushing the boat out... Deserts however, were outstanding! My chocolate fondant with white chocolate centre was divine. Like plate licking good. Would go back for the desert alone but also try a different main
