“I’ve been a regular at Rudy’s for the past two years and it’s definitely one of my favourite spots in Sheffield as a student. So when I brought my family here after graduation - It was such a pleasant experience as per usual and it was so endearing to see that the service and quality of food has remained consistent as it has been since my first visit! Our server Kim was really nice, she offered me free prosecco for graduating and also an extra dessert on the house even though we already ordered two! The pizzas came out really quickly and the servers were very attentive IE Asking us how we wanted the pizzas to be served, constantly refilling our water jugs. I’ll miss Rudy’s greatly as I graduate and move away from Sheffield as I had so many pleasant memories here especially for its price range, and I hope everyone else will get to experience it too!”

“Absolutely fantastic! Da Leo Italian Restaurant & Pizza is a true gem — the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into Italy for an evening. The food is bursting with authentic flavour; you can tell everything’s made with real care and fresh ingredients. “If you like Italian food,then you don't need to look any further than here. We booked a very early evening time slot on a saturday evening for 5.00pm. Thinking we would get there before the crowds. How wrong can you be? The car park was almost full. This is no more a hidden gem. It's shining in the spotlight and so pleased to see them doing so well. This is one of those very rare restaurants, where if you can't choose what to order you could just leave up to the chef to decide for you. The food is all so fresh and absolutely delicious. Even though they were busy,the service was spot on and friendly. Staff are totally on the ball and constantly checking on every table. If you are going to go,make sure you book!”

“A hidden little gem of a place ... We've driven past this place many a times on our way to town - not thinking much of it.. it's a shame we didn't try it sooner! Food: Fantastically tasty food, which was prompt and well presented. On the first visit, there was a substitute on my tagliatelle - but this is because it's all made fresh that day and we arrived one hour before closing. Tried a few different starters/sharing plates, both were beautiful and (as much as I know) tasted authentic. Each following visit has been equally beautiful food. Service: First time, we arrived an hour before closing (cause... Yolo and we were hungry) and they were still very welcoming and accommodating. We still weren't rushed to order out food, even with the time. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. On following visits, everyone has been beyond lovely on each visit ... Atmosphere: Decorated with little touches of Sicily - it has a nice ambience for the type of food and cuisine served. It can get a little loud, with the size of the room, but nothing to stop you visiting this beautiful little gem. Would definitely recommend and will continue to return.”

“Wow! To be honest this was an impromptu visit on the last night of our stay in the lovely Tideswell, and it’s a gem! Phoned up and Sal fitted us in on a table that was booked from 7:30pm… no problem. We took our own alcohol as advised by him on the phone. I had a Calzone and my wife one of the chicken specials. I finished my calzone which was so so delicious and so rare for me to do so. Two completely clean plates. The atmosphere was lovely and to be honest the sheer openness and friendliness of the front of house was amazing. It’s a shame we found this gem on our last night.”

“Went to castleton for a holiday and was so bored of eating pub food so decided to try 1530. The building was constructed in 1530 hence the name. I went there with my partner to have some quality time. The service, food, wine pairing and atmosphere was just so good. They even have some vegetarian options and that was a win for me! 10/10 would visit again if I’m back in castleton!”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Domo Italian Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was bursting with authentic Italian flavors and beautifully presented. I enjoyed a dish with rich tomato sauce and tender octopus served with toasted bread — it was packed with bold, comforting flavors and cooked to perfection. I also had the steak and prawns in a flavorful, velvety sauce a real showstopper. On top of that, we shared a generous portion of mixed fried seafood crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, accompanied by a variety of dipping sauces and lemon wedges. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with that charming rustic Italian touch. Staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The only minor downside was that the food took a little while to arrive, but considering how busy the place was, it’s totally understandable and honestly, the quality of the dishes made it worth the wait. If you’re after a true taste of Italy with vibrant dishes and great service, Domo is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!”

Very good service and delicious food; between us we tried several seafood pasta dishes, and a Caprese starter (which oddly had rocket instead of Basil, but was still very tasty).
