   Excellent food on New Year's Eve ruined by a drunk and loud family at 6pm and a live karaoke!? The family were screaming and singing when the rest of the room were trying to enjoy the excellent food. Waiter was friendly and attentive when we sat down, but completely got distracted with the microphone ten minutes in and this annoying and drunk family. I thought this was a restaurant not a bar? I would say the family were to blame but the owner was singing on the microphone too and laughing with them. Not what we were expecting for an Italian restaurant with such high reviews... There were a few couples also that were not bothered about this annoying family and the live singing. Even when they did not take over the sound system the playlist was very loud. You could barely hear eachother. Which I assume is like that every night? I'd love to come back, but just for the food. As it tasted great and the calzone was amazing. The atmosphere ruined what could've been a nice evening. We left quickly after finishing eating.

   Been here 2 or 3 times now. Not been disappointed. Tried a pasta dish on my last visit, was given a choice of pastas...loved it!... very good flavours. They didn't have a bottle of the wine I originally wanted from the menu, but offered an alternative at the same price...which was very good...and, bonus, no headache the following morning! I prefer this restaurant to some other Italian restaurants in the city centre... better on several levels. I could bang on about the food, the relative cleanliness of the loos, the friendliness of the staff etc. but the best compliment I could give is to say you should try it out for yourself... hope it delivers as well for you as it does for me.

   Practically flawless. Had the ancini I think it was for starters. Basically fried rice balls with cheese and ham inside could have gladly had like 6 more. Came with a salad with dressing and a bolognese sauce was excellent. Had lasagna that came in a sauce with chips and that was great as well. Also had a chocolate fudge cake that had a sauce and cream with it. Something like butterscotch I think in the cake and genuinely one of the best cakes I've ever had. I have severe food allergies and that was dealt with brilliantly. Reasonably priced as well. One of the best meals I've had out in a very, very long time. Definitely worth a look.

   We went here last night as a group and all I can say is absolutely fantastic! The waiter who was there was fantastic and welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend the place. It was lovely and clean and atmosphere was great. Thank you for such a lovely night and food We will definitely be back.
