“This was a gift and we chose the shorter lunch option as we didn't have experience of tasting menus. The service was very friendly and welcoming, not intimidating at all. All the menu was explained but not in excessive detail. I had the wine pairing which was well worth it with 2 English wines included. I think this was a good value menu for the amount of detail in the cooking and number of courses . The alcohol menu is also extensive and not over priced.”

“If you want a great meat dish and have money to spare, this restaurant could be a good choice. We ordered nachos as a starter and asked for extra brisket on top. It was a very good choice. The main course was truly legendary. The meat was cooked to perfection and was very juicy. Unfortunately, the desserts were weak, but we can overlook that :)”

“Never come across this place before but really glad that I did. Very unassuming from the outside, however once inside this place was very impressive with some great authentic Persian food, great presentation and great service. The decor was stunning too. Had to finish the evening with some traditional Persian tea which really finished the night off perfectly. Looks like it's had a refit too. You really need to check this place out!”

“I recently arranged a work Christmas meal for a large group of staff, and the entire experience was exceptional. The meal was absolutely stunning, and the service was flawless. Every member of the team was polite, courteous and professional throughout. A special thanks to Sam, the General Manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d also like to highlight the brilliant idea of using place cards with names and personal menu choices — this made the delivery of each dish incredibly efficient. “Reserved a table for 5:30, rang at 5:30 to say we’d be late (due to traffic) & they were very understanding and completely fine with this. We arrived 15/20 minutes late and was taken straight to our table. Nathan was our server and was an absolute gem the whole time we were there. Was very accommodating and great with the kids too. Helped make my sons evening by bringing out cake and candle singing happy birthday. Food was delicious and kept on top of, nothing in short supply. As a whole, our evening was very enjoyable. “We visit this place on Friday this week food was extremely delicious and we enjoyed our visit, service, chef and atmosphere. We was the only table there but they really take care of us . Food was hot , fresh , seasoned, spicy and had plenty of flavours. Absolutely loved that meal. Prices very reasonable. The only thing is that maybe is good time for changing the old decorations … :-)”

We ordered: Starters - Tzakziki, Hummus (both come with traditional Iranian bread) & Dolmeh Mains - Chenjeh (with skin on fries to share) & Spring Chicken (with Zeresk Polo Rice to share) Recommend saving some of the dips from the starter to enjoy with your mains! We went just after Sheffield Wednesday finished their game (it is next to Hillsborough Stadium), but found no issue with transport as it is close to the tram stop. Overall, a great experience!”

“We recently visited Sheffield and discovered this lovely Taiwanese restaurant, and we're so glad we did! The food here is really delicious and authentic. We tried the fried chicken bento, spicy braised beef brisket, fried tofu, and of course, a classic bubble tea - we loved everything! The food was full of flavor and you can really tell that the owners pour their heart into every dish they make. Plus, the Taiwanese vintage wallpaper inside was such a nice touch. It just reminded me of home. The owner is super friendly and was so helpful especially since we were traveling with our baby. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience at Yum Yum Bites, and we highly recommend it!”

“Amazing Polish food, tastes just like home. Everything is fresh and cooked with care, also service is very polite and accommodating. The only downside is that they don't accept card payments and nobody informs you of that prior to the order, although it's possible to make a bank transfer.”

“OMG, I'm still star struck! I can't believe this happened! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with such unique decor. Gorgeous attention to detail The food is fantastic too, definitely more of a "dirty vegan" experience than a healthy one, which I love. Who doesn't adore a juicy burger? So good! I absolutely loved the satay "chicken" loaded fries, so highly recommend those. The cocktails are also stunning and so well made. I loved the espresso martini. It's made with Guinness, but don't let that put you off! There are lovely views over the river from the restaurant, and it was great to see all the wildflowers. Sadly, there was no sign of the visiting otters. As if that wasn't enough, I was so delighted and shocked to see the owner, Oli Sykes, in there with his family! As much as it killed me, *seriously* killed me, I didn't want to bother him for a selfie as he was enjoying personal time with his family. It just goes to show how good the food must be if he eats there himself! I went on a Sunday and noticed the menu is a bit more limited, which sadly loses them a star for food, but there were still lots of burger and loaded fries options for anyone not wanting the more traditional vegan Sunday roast. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, which just makes the whole experience even better! I also loved how dog friendly it is. I just loved seeing so many gorgeous pooches being made to feel at home here! Absolutely recommend it!”

“A friendly welcome. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, but it soon started filling up. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was freshly prepared, well presented & tasted delicious. All the food was full of flavour, from the starter to the dessert, ( which was that nice i forgot to get a photo ). The portions were generous, and the gyros was big enough to share. The price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.”
