“We only came in off the street, no booking but they accommodated us. Food, drinks and particularly the food was just spectacular! This is by far the best Greek restaurant (feels like you're eating at home with family) we've been to. Fabulous. Great host. You need to eat here.”

“A hidden little gem of a place ... We've driven past this place many a times on our way to town - not thinking much of it.. it's a shame we didn't try it sooner! Food: Fantastically tasty food, which was prompt and well presented. On the first visit, there was a substitute on my tagliatelle - but this is because it's all made fresh that day and we arrived one hour before closing. Tried a few different starters/sharing plates, both were beautiful and (as much as I know) tasted authentic. Each following visit has been equally beautiful food. Service: First time, we arrived an hour before closing (cause... Yolo and we were hungry) and they were still very welcoming and accommodating. We still weren't rushed to order out food, even with the time. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. On following visits, everyone has been beyond lovely on each visit ... Atmosphere: Decorated with little touches of Sicily - it has a nice ambience for the type of food and cuisine served. It can get a little loud, with the size of the room, but nothing to stop you visiting this beautiful little gem. Would definitely recommend and will continue to return.”

“We ordered the mix grill for 4. I love how authentic this place is, especially with all the locals that come here. The mix grill is definitely more than enough to feed 4 and you get to try everything, which is what I like to be able to do. All the meats were nicely seasoned and not dry either. The salad was nicely seasoned and goes well with the mixed grill.”

“Had a delicious meal at Pasha Turkish restaurant in Barnsley yesterday evening. There were 6 of us (aged 22 to 85 years old), and all of us enjoyed our food - it was fresh, cooked to order (e.g. one of us asked for their dish to be made without one of the listed ingredients), deliciously tasty, and good sized portions. Great service - the waitresses were pleasant, attentive, and professional. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, I’ve marked it down to 4 stars as the temperature was a little cooler than most and I was glad I had a cardigan. Although Pasha is on a side street in town, there is plenty of parking (including free parking if you know where to go - I gave the restaurant a ring in advance as I’m from out of town, and they were were very helpful) All in all, from our experience yesterday, this restaurant deserves to be popular.”

“Warm welcome as we arrived. Had the lobster, salad and side of frys. It was well presented and absolutely delicious. Great selection of seafood with thick slices of good quality bread and butter. Finished the meal with a lovely chocolate brownie and ice cream. Lovely evening.”

“Overall, very good. The wine was beautiful, was a Greek red. The Greek salad used very tasty tomatoes (hate when they are under-ripe), good qaulity olives and feta. The Yiouvetsi main was very good, pasta falvouful, lamb was generous portion and tender. Some of it towards top was tad dry but mostly not. Andreas and other staff were all warm and attentive.”

The food is always fresh and full of flavour; the hummus with meat was so tasty and the bread was soft and warm, perfect for dipping. “So for years I’ve been recommending this place as a ‘go to’ for pretty much everything… a relaxed evening with some cocktails on the terrace, light lunch through the day or a meal in the evening for occasions- anyone visiting Sheffield I’ve always recommended this place. It had been a while since I last visited myself, but the other day me and a friend came in for lunch. We’d seen the promotion giving the option of 2 or 3 courses for a set price on a Wednesday. Wow… The hanging kebabs were included (pleasantly surprised), and the quality and freshness of the food was outstanding. So much flavour! The interior in this place is always bright and feels well looked after. Staff were super attentive and approachable, drinks were (and still are) good quality- not like a lot of the cheap sugary cocktails in other local bars. This place truly never disappoints. I’m so glad I can confidently say it’s a consistently LOVELY place to go in Sheffield.”

“Wow what a fantastic nice little restaurant.i have a big thing about toilets but these were nice and clean the whole place was clean the staff were attentive, efficient and pleasent the food was ample and delicious the desserts were to die for. “Called here for lunch a couple of weeks ago for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Ordered a Chicken Gyros Wrap, a Chicken Kalamaki Wrap, Chips, Tzatziki Dip, with drinks (including the scrumptious Loux Cherry soft drink which is AMAZING). Food arrived piping hot, fresh, and extremely tasty, and we enjoyed it immensely. The service was fantastic and friendly and we can't wait to go back!”

“Went today for the first time .We had lamb and lamb with chicken gyros in wraps. We were very pleased with the food, and ample portions. The shop looks spotless, and the owners are very nice, friendly people who spoke in detail to us about the items on the menu.We brought home desserts and lunch for tomorrow which look amazing. “Have visited this place many times over the years. Usually for dinner, this time I was just passing at lunch time and decided to pop in for something to eat. On the entrance side its a takeaway and and the right hand side its a restaurant with table service. I ordered one of my old favourites the Adana Kebab, the service and food were spot on. The restaurant became quite busy while I was sitting there with bookings and walk in customers. Good to see this place is thriving .”
