“Small cosy restaurant with lovely staff who explained a lot about the background of some of the food. Food was fantastic and we even got a surprise pudding on the house. Keenly priced too and definitely go back.”

“I almost did not end up going to this place because of some of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I ended up going. We had the Space - 6 course tasting menu, and by course 4, I was FULL! The menu was absolutely delicious and interesting to say the least, and I can't believe the price for this experience. All 4 of us enjoyed it and I can't wait to go back to try another menu. It was lovely, and the staff were great too.”

“As premier inns go, it is falls within the middle of the spectrum. Not bad but not amazing either - clean rooms and standard facilities do the job perfectly, with a small room for breakfast and a carvery next door. The location isn't amazing but the hotel itself is fine. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, in a positive way.”

“Wonderful selection, could barely choose off the menu. I opted for the "merry me" buttery beans and it was such a generous portion I couldn't even finish. My sister tried their biscoff waffles and loved it as well. The staff was really kind and helpful, we had a lovely lunch in this quiet, cozy place.”

“If I could give more than five stars I would. The food: fresh, flavourful, speedy and very generous. If share pictures but we were too greedy. Atmosphere: you know a.place is good when it's busy on a Wednesday! The staff: we were met with such a warm welcome and that simple word is really how I would summarise our whole night. We had an absolutely lovely waiter named Hammad who just made our whole evening. We don't tend to venture out much due to nerves and being homebodies but this kind and sweet gentleman has made sure we come back. He gave us a beautiful complimentry tea at the end of our meal and stood talking to us for a few moments. You could really tell he loves his job and the team he works with and it shows! “This was my second visit to Aberdeen and also my second time at Cafe Harmony. It’s a place where you truly feel at home. The food is both high in quality and generous in quantity, the atmosphere is cozy and tranquil, and the service from the manager and team is exceptional. I ordered the mushroom risotto and calamari, and both were fantastic. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable. If you ever visit Aberdeen, don’t miss out on Cafe Harmony—highly recommended!”

“This was the 1st time I ordered from Golden Grill. I had their version of pork kebab. My sides were chips n cheese. The presentation of the food was great n not just pooped on . I must admit the chips were not crispy though still very good. Flavour , plus portion size was pretty big, (could share with another ) Food arrived hot. Delivery man was courteous n' friendly. Food arrived before estimated time stated on app. Will definitely be ordering from Golden Grill again. Good value for money aswell.”

“Wonderful woodland setting next to the river. So much choice on the menu which was gluten and dairy free. Enjoyed marinated prawns with salad. We sat at an outside table with our dog. There were quite a few tables in the sun but we chose one around the corner in the shade as it was so hot. Lovely playground for children a short distance away. The perfect spot.”

“Soup of the day just like at home, chocolate brownie looked a little dry on the outside, but don't judge a book by it's cover....lovely and meltie-chocolaty once opened up :) Espresso just as it should be. Price perhaps a little on the high side, but if you enjoyed what you had, if the staff were really friendly, and if the atmosphere made you feel good, then everything is good.”

“Had a celebratory lunch for my wife’s birthday with family. The food was lovely and very good service, despite it being extremely busy as there was a huge event taking place nearby (Tall Ships Race)”

“Finally got a chance to try this fab spot don't miss out! I entered the restaurant greeted by smiles and was seated promptly. The decor is really cool and works very well with the theme of the place. My friends were running late but the servers made sure to continuously ask me for drinks and were very friendly and welcoming. We had the Oysters, Cullen Skink, Seafood and Shellfish Linguine and Pan Seared Sea Bass. My personal favourite was the Cullen Skink it makes u feel right at home and the flavours were just mind blowing. The portion size was also very generous leaves you feeling full. We had the lunch menu which allowed us 2 courses for £22.95 which is a real steal for the fresh food and great service you receive. The food was a whole new experience for me having never really tried seafood but I will definitely be back after this experience.”

“Love this place. Usually order the chicken and chips shawarma mix and it’s always good. The large size is a challenge. They also have very nice Baklava. Haven’t used the delivery option as its within walking distance for me. They also have a loyalty card where you get a free shawarma when you collect seven stamps”

“Stayed for 1 night as we took a drive along the coast Room was very clean and the mini bar was stocked. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. We had our wiener dog with us so he was given some water and attention from the friendly staff, we even stuck his bed under the table. Good to see some old school locals having a wee pint and chit chat at the bar, rarely get to see this now without folk staring at their phones all night. Food at the bar was superb, haggis neeps and tatties lovely, also mac n cheese and other bits and bobs. Great big car park Overall a great hotel which is well kept and not far from the beach etc Only point to add would be the room doors bang quite hard and you can hear every single one each time they close, I will bring my ear plugs on my next visit.”
