I came to Aberdeen after a long 9 hour train journey to bring my daughter to University. The staff at the Premier were so welcoming and kind. It was late but I had a very nice meal in the restaurant and a much needed drink. I stayed in the hotel for two nights and enjoyed some delicious breakfasts and dinners, service was excellent and great food choices. Room was great size, bed was comfy and great hygiene. In two weeks I will be back again as coming back with my daughter as she returns to University, looking forward to staying at the Premier for three nights.

Quite a nice hotel rooms very clean but my aircon was not working and this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. The other issue my room was opposite the lift and most of the night allni could hear was the chime of the lift so he aware of this! Never saw any staff as it was check in via a self service computer . The location is slightly away from town center and not in the best of locations but all in all not bad just shame about aircon

Bodywash watered down Room good size Staff friendly and helpful, really excellent Mattress really comfy Breakfast nice Shower was good Clean grouting Windows not soundproof, noise filtered in Dinner was bad. Ravioli itself was ok, can't go wrong with packet stuff. The sauce wasn't sauce. It was tinned tomatoes with cheese in it. The dish probably cost £1 to make and they charge £13.

The rooms advertised are generic pictures and not of the room you will get. Room was up to date but small. You have to pay for car parking which is very tight to park. We had minimal interaction with staff but the one we did speak to was helpful. L9cation is good for walking.

It's a Premier Inn. If you like Premier Inn then you'll know what to expect! Generally a cut above basic at a good price with some nice finishing touches. Clean, comfy, well located for city centre. Nice breakfast area, decent staff, lifts to all floors and parking if you need it.

Hotel was very busy as we stayed halloween weekend. Parking was absolutely shocking! £7 for one night and it is far too small for the amount of rooms they have! My car was also vandalised in the car park but nothing the hotel could've done about that. There was an update of their system so we were given no key cards for our room doors, and as the stairway/lift was also key card activated it was very difficult to navigate around the hotel. The staff tried their best to try to make this as little of an inconvenience as possible but as we were out at night, the hotel locks the doors at 11pm and you have to use your key to get in. The reception staff at night were not very friendly or helpful. The gentleman behind the counter still questioned whether we had a room at the hotel after showing our booking confirmation. Not the best thing at 3am. There was also an old jumper found in our room stuffed behind the seat and there were holes in our duvet cover. We only stayed for one night and were out most of the evening but it wasn't up to standard as it normally is. Great location.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst dropping our son off at University. Don't let the drab exterior put you off. Once inside the atmosphere is cosy & welcoming. I stay away in Premier Inn hotels, working for a company that has an account with Premier Inn. The service received was at this hotel was by far the best I've experienced so far. Conan was fantastic at check-in & behind the bar, offering help & advice about the local area. Justina was lovely when serving us drinks shortly after arrival, taking the time to chat & help with questions we had about Aberdeen, before we headed out for the night. I will definitely be staying here again. Top marks!
