    The drinks unfortunately aren’t as good as the Pret at Bon accord, flavoured Iced coffees taste like water & black coffee no taste and the hot drinks aren’t as flavourful as they make them in the Bon accord Pret. The tables are dirty, found a couple hairs on my table which put me off staying it & eating. It’s not clean.

    I have frequented Pret Union Street for many years and never had a bad experience.The staff under the management of Tauris are a wonderfull mix of humans always welcomed by a smile and lovely conversation.I would give this branch and their staff 10 out of 10.Anyone that complains must have little in their life as the team here are magnificent as the food is !!!!

    One of the cookies I ordered had a long hair going through it. Yuk! Chatted to Deliveroo who didn't even help. Love the food at Pret however I've had a few problems with wrong orders etc.

    Predictably good, fast meal. A huge variety of fresh sandwiches and other great lunch type items. I had a nice cup of coffee here. Serve is efficient and friendly, especially to those not familiar with the restaurants. Parking could be an issue with only street parking near by.

    Really good - consistently quality food and drinks. On the pricier side in comparison to local coffee shops however. Favourite item here include the chicken salad, macaroni cheese with kale and the bircher box.
