    Nice filtered coffee, small selection of vegan/vegetarian options on offer, compared to your website, but otherwise fine. Relaxed atmosphere considering we were in a shopping centre, staff were very pleasant. Can't complain at 99p for a coffee

    Coffee was good but cleaning is lacking and there is one staff member who has constantly given shocking customer service - rude and abrupt. I get you guys are busy but please remember to be kind. Love the food though. ❤️

    Absolutely love everything at Pret. The hot soups are especially good on a cold day. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend getting a subscription. It’s well worth the money if you’re a regular.
