   I walked in and asked what their best dish was. Was told it was the chicken wrap. Cool I said, make me one with everything, as long as you grill the chicken instead of frying it. They said yes we grill it, but little did I know that they weren’t actually gonna cook it at the moment ha! It literally took them 15 seconds to deliver my wrap, which is never a good sign. In fact my wrap was cold and miserable, the chicken was cocked this morning or so and after a couple of bites I had to chuck it in the bin and order a burger elsewhere. Why do you work in hospitality if you don’t like it?

   Last time me and my girlfriend we went to the wraps take away and we was very surprised how delicious chicken wraps they serving in there . Best quality and amazing taste . Thanks guys we definitely will be back.

   Went in last night at around 2230. The girl behind at the till looked at me, got up and walked round the back. An older guy came to the front but was shouting back to her in her language. She reappeared with scissors and began trimming his eye brows! She began trimming his eye brows! I was away to order a wrap and this guys eye brow trimmings were floating around behind the till/vegetable area. Still they hadn't said a single thing to me. I just walked out.

   Dreadful service, staff are incredibly rude and I never received my order, having waited about an hour I questioned whether they had forgotten my order (it was busy and these things happen) they then gave me a funny look and claimed I was lying and that no-one had received an order from me. I then showed my receipt to which they claimed that it was from an hour ago and they would no longer serve it. They claimed that they couldn't (they should of said wouldn't as it is a more fitting word) do anything about it. They even said that they believed me that the order never came but weren't going to serve me. It was the most surreal experience I have ever had. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money on food you will not get.
