“It's a small but comfortable place with a different vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd give a 4 on cleanliness, but I wouldn't call it dirty. The food was in generous portions (we had the tuna melt and baked potatoes) and so was the coffee. Overall, we were very happy with the meal.”

“What a cracking wee place!!! Awesome food, fab service just lacking atmosphere a bit. Seated on time, full menu explained to us along with the specials but we had decided before we got there!!! Only complaint was the type of burger bun, the lid pretty much disintegrated when we put into it, meaning that the filling was allmlvet the place and not so much a burger anymore. We'll be back for sure!!!”

“First time here last night for a friend's birthday meal. The food was excellent and we had attentive service from our waiter. The food was reasonably priced and our per person cost included lots of drinks & service tip!! Our table was from 4 - 7pm and then we reserved the area in their bar for a few drinks afterwards. “I recently enjoyed a meal here and I have to say, everything was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, from the perfectly cooked lamb doner to the tasty chocolate brownie. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to see a bit more variety in the Indian dishes and starters. Overall, a fabulous experience that I'll be returning for.”

“Absolutely incredible! Wild Ginger is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in Aberdeen. The food is utterly delicious, every single dish I’ve tried has been full of flavour and beautifully presented. The Chilli Broccoli is honestly one of the best appetisers I’ve ever had (and that’s coming from a meat eater!). The venue itself is spotless, the décor is elegant and inviting, and the staff are genuinely lovely. The owner and manager truly go above and beyond for their customers, making every visit a memorable one. It’s a real shining gem in Aberdeen for anyone who loves authentic Indian cuisine. Big shoutout to their Mango Lassis and Peshwari Naan too , they’re absolutely perfect. And don't get me started on their incredible butter chicken curry... wow! Couldn’t recommend Wild Ginger enough!”

“We had such a beautiful dinner! Everything tasted incredible, the quality of food and drink was fantastic and all staff were lovely. It’s such a shame in the Aberdeen scene right now. Restaurants like this should be thriving but there was only one other table while we were in. We made no request for anything special as it was my 21st birthday, but still the staff brought out a cake with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. This completely surprised our whole table and was honestly such a lovely gesture. I really hope to be back soon.”

“Love the location and the food never disappoints. I think we’ve ordered most of the menu with the number of times that we’ve visited here and portions are always generous and delicious. Customer service has always been good even during busy peak periods, and we have to mention that there a few of the staff in particular who are always friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit”

“I'm not a local and I leave loads of reviews right around the whole of the UK. Anyway had the misfortune of langstane chippy last week!!! Never ever again but..... The Donian was superb....5 star all round. I arrived just after they closed but met the owner at the shop back door....I asked if he was closed and he said no problem I'll make anything for you.....fish supper it was then. Tasted fantastic, perfectly cooked and nice guy too.....a well deserved 5 star review. I've not tried others apart from langstane & Donian but Donian is like a 5 star hotel compared to langstane who basically got a one sentence review along with a grudged 1 star. Definitely be back at Donian again. Cheers”

“The highlight of our trip to Scotland was organizing a traditional Scottish dinner at Blairs Restaurant in Ardoe House. Since it was a special occasion, they helped us arrange for a Scottish bagpiper, and the gentlemen in our group rented kilts to match the atmosphere. Off the menu, they prepared a refined version of haggis, neeps and tatties just for us, and I had a local Angus beef steak as my main course, followed by a delicious sticky toffee pudding. Many thanks to Kerry and the events team for helping us organise everything, and to the kitchen staff for delighting us with their dishes.”

“This was the 1st time I ordered from Golden Grill. I had their version of pork kebab. My sides were chips n cheese. The presentation of the food was great n not just pooped on . I must admit the chips were not crispy though still very good. Flavour , plus portion size was pretty big, (could share with another ) Food arrived hot. Delivery man was courteous n' friendly. Food arrived before estimated time stated on app. Will definitely be ordering from Golden Grill again. Good value for money aswell.”

“Only Eastern-Europeans can truly understand the warmth you get from entering a restaurant that is decorated and kept the way Goulash is. We could not wait for having a proper beef goulash and loved what we received. We followed that with a selection of Hungarian cakes and to complete our experience, we were invited to the basement shop offering eastern-european products, of which many were Czech, so we happily made a little shopping of our most favourite and missed treats. Welcoming and friendly service from the lovely owners. Thank you for the dining experience that felt like home.”

“Was quite impressed with Bocca, given this is a fast serve airport restaurant. Prices are naturally higher being in the airport but overall I was pleased with the food quality for the price. Service was great and super fast. Can't complain!”

“12th May 2024 - For Lunch Went here for my birthday. First time I’ve been to Borsalino and WOW! Food was so good, fresh and tasty. Atmosphere was great and the decor is rustic ❤️.
