   Went in beyond hungover and only ordered a juice, which the guy working (possibly the manager?) clocked, had a laugh about, and very kindly brought me a free bowl of ice cream to help revive me. Genuinely lovely customer service, and I even left feeling considerably less nauseous

   Love the location and the food never disappoints. I think we’ve ordered most of the menu with the number of times that we’ve visited here and portions are always generous and delicious. Customer service has always been good even during busy peak periods, and we have to mention that there a few of the staff in particular who are always friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit

   This Nandos location was a fantastic find during my recent day trip. The food was always hot, fresh, and delicious. The roast chicken, which is a personal favorite, was particularly well-executed - it had that perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat. The kitchen seemed to maintain its efficiency, even there were lots of take away orders. The overall ambiance of this shop was also pleasant and relaxed. However, customer services here is not as good as other shops. The staff were polite, but not really friendly. The shop overall is good, but I can’t give a 5 stars to this Nandos, and hope it could give more trainings for customer services.

   Had my regular order of food, 4 boneless thighs, salad and chose mash as they were out of brocoli. They missed the seeds on my salad, but the server quickly rectified it, without delay. Tasty food as always and easy to order on the app. No frills, no fuss dining. This venue entrance is very cute in a pedestrian walkway area, central yo Aberdeen with plenty of interesting landmarks. Exactly what you'd expect of a Nandos! Love it as always.

   This place is decent. We ordered burgers and chips. The burger wasn’t good. The bread became hard after 3-4 mins of serving which led to an abysmal experience. We ended up eating just the chicken fillet inside and throwing away the bread. The fries are decent. The menu is quite pricey for the food they have to offer. Overall, an average experience!

   I have given 4 stars because the staff were fantastic the food was ok, saying that my wife had the grain type dish with Feta and it was out of this world, well worth a try next time you visit!!! I would like to say well done to all the staff especially our duty manager that was on the night we visited she (sorry I can't remember her name) was very helpful and knowledgeable.

   We ordered the no bone sharing platter where there's a whole boneless chicken with 4 regular sides. We had hot as the spicy level. The chicken was very juicy and delicious! Very well seasoned. The sides we ordered were 2 mashed potatoes, peri salted fries and spicy rice. The mashed potatoes were amazing and creamy. The peri salted chips were delicious. The spicy rice was alright. We also ordered the hummus and halloumi sticks which were pretty good. The hummus was pretty grainy and not smooth but it was acceptably good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, clean, family friendly. The staff were super nice and friendly and the service was quick. A great restaurant to have some spicy chicken!

   This is a fantastic Nandos location. During a business trip I went here most nights. The food was consistently great, hot and fresh. During each visit there where multiple delivery people there which I believe sometimes delayed the food, but even on the busiest nights the wait time was quite reasonable - and I couldn’t deduct from that. Check them out if you’re onto the area.
