“We came for a Birthday celabration staff where so acomadating they allocated for our baby and highchair staff where smiling and interacting with the children especially Katia, and our table server Kasia arranged musical instrument and sang and offered to cut our cake for us she also took our drinks orders the cocktails where increadable and flavorsome. Brillant atmosphere where you can help your self to well presented and tasty food to accompany your meats. From salad to freash bread, meatballs and pasta it was lovley . Will definatly come back.”

“What a fabulous restaurant, friendly welcome. The mezze platter starter was really delicious and the bread served with it was so good. Mains were all tasty and massive portions, our dogs were very pleased with the leftovers we took home. Exceptional value for money too. Will be going back again soon”

“Can't praise it enough. Really good meal. My husband had lamb and I had pork, both meals were really good. We both had Bailey and Hazel nut roulade, he had cream and I was rather cheeky and asked if I could have Baileys poured over mine. That's exactly what I got. Quite a small place, staff lovely and polite. The whole thing was less then £20 for both of us.”

“Ordered the beef Wellington sharer and 2 desserts as an early birthday treat and really wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing, we've eaten in the restaurant a few times before and knew the food was good, but the beef especially was exceptional. Will definitely be coming into the restaurant when we can again to try this dish again. I can't recommend it enough.”

“We came here for the first time this evening and we had a beautiful meal. We thought with it being part of the golf club it might be quite expensive but it was really reasonable. The portions were big and it was all homecooked and well presented. Everything was cooked perfectly. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The set lunch menu offers incredible value, with a starter and main course priced just under £15. Our food arrived remarkably fast, served piping hot and prepared with fresh ingredients. We waited less than 10 minutes for our starter, and our main followed shortly after. The presentation was equally impressive, showcasing great attention to detail. Though we typically opt for Chinese cuisine, this experience has completely won us over. The menu is extensive, and we are already planning our next visit to explore more dishes. The restaurant itself is stunning, featuring beautiful artwork, stylish tables, and elegant panelled walls. One standout detail was the impeccable cleanliness—it's clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the space. Without a doubt, Thai Palace has become our new favourite restaurant. “Just had the most AMAZING Ethiopian meal at this restaurant. The lady who served us was so pleasant. She explained everything and kept checking to make sure we were okay. The food was fresh and flavourful. The aroma coming from the kitchen made it worth the wait. We also had an avocado shake that was so good. We live 3 hours away, but if we are ever in Hull again, we will definitely visit this restaurant. Much success to this establishment”

“Reserved a table and was seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was inviting with a modern style to it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but a little slow at times. We were seated in the outside glasses area but I felt somewhat uncomfortable the whole time I was there as the tables were so close, we could hear everyone else's conversations, so felt unable to talk private ourselves. The food arrived very fast and was hot and fairly tasty. Overall, a nice experience, but was room for some improvements. Aside from that, an enjoyable experience.”

“We had this for the first time today with a delivery. The food was delivered by a very pleasant delivery driver and arrived piping hot. The portion sizes are very good. We had chicken curry, chicken passanda and lamb pathia along with onion bahjis and popadoms with pickle tray. Everything was extremely tasty and we will definitely order from here again.”

“My colleague and I went to Al Porto Italian restaurant on Thursday and were blown away by our food! The restaurant has a really nice, chilled out vibe, but still holds a level of class. I had the duck liver to start followed by the best risotto I've ever tasted. My colleague had the garlic prawns to start and the spaghetti carbonara for his main. All of the food was lovely”

“Lovely friendly place, had a large family group Sunday lunch for fathers day. Everyone enjoyed it. Also enjoyed a few drinks outside in the sun before our 30 second walk back to our accommodation.”

“Visited on a Saturday night for a joint birthday meal for my wife and her brother. A deposit was needed in advance as it was a large table but this was taken off the bill. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious as usual. We had starters and mains and then took our own birthday cakes which the staff were more than happy to prepare and light the candles before bringing over to us. They also provided plates and knives for us to eat the cake.”

“I went today with my friends and it really was a thrilling experience. It was quiet probably because it’s a weekday but I liked how peaceful and beautiful it was. The decoration was sooo beautiful. “I Visited kingswood Nandos tonight. my friend and I had not been to Nandos for years. We was greeted by a lovely young lady called Lillie we told her we wasn't sure how to order ect. Lillie kindly run through everything with us recommend a variety of foods and explained the different spice levels of the flavours. Lillie made us feel very welcome. All the lovely young ladies that served us and checked on us was brilliant. The service was exceptional and a credit to the restaurant. The food was very tasty, fresh and generous portions too. I would highly recommend the kingswood hull restaurant and I will definitely return.”

“Arriving at the restaurant we were treated by staff straight away. Payment made and we was sent downstairs to the restaurant. There was no queue (easter Sunday 4pm) we were shown straight to our table, explained how the restaurant worked and left to our own devices. There was so much choice, from English food, Chinese, Indian, sushi, Italian. Lots of choice for dessert too. Once plates were finished with, they were taken by the staff immediately. Fresh cutlery was left at the table if you needed them again for another plate of food. There was no limit to the amount of times we could go up and get another plate of food (4 plates later, and feeling fat). Again no limit on dessert, and plenty of choice for everyone. There was no rush for us to leave the restaurant, and by 5, the restaurant was filling up. We were there around 2 hours in total. There was even a robotic machine that delivered drinks to tables. Overall we had a lovely time, and would return to the restaurant again.”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their special Valentine’s set menu, and it was a truly delightful experience. Each course was delicious. We had calamari and prawns to start, gnocchi with seabass for me and for my wife the lobster ravioli. My son loves the fudge cake and ice cream. The staffs were attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”
