   Service was poor throughout. Was asked once as we were seated if we would like drinks then not again for 2 hours despite long delay between starters and main. One drink was served flat and no apology from the waitress. Starters plates wasnt taken away as the mains was served and throughout the course. One desert was served with creame missing as they had run out (other restaurants would ask if we would like to change the order before placing it on the table) and the other desert wasnt served as was forgotten to be prepped but was on the bill, and upon checking the bill was taken off. The food was very tasty especially the Mamas chicken. Portions was generous in size. Drinks are over priced. When the hospitality industry is struggling it would be good to feel as though when spending such money that custom is appreciated as opposed to an inconvenience. Shame the service (lack of it) let the food down. We paid part of the bill via a buy a gift voucher and I felt as though this impacted on the service we received. We would have gladly communicated this with the restaurant at the time but never asked if everything was OK with the meal or service but I did notice the receipt asking to scan QR code for feedback.

   Beautiful food, welcoming and friendly server Emese. Food was quick and delicious. The tuscan beef was so tender, lovely mash. Cherry cooler was amazing too

   Called in early evening for a spontaneous visit. Pleasantly surprised. I'm always skeptical that the food at these chain places are little is more than microwave meals on a nice plate. Maybe they are, maybe they're not but the food here was very nice, it was good to find selection of dishes beyond the usual pasta and pizza. Service was pleasant and prompt with the young staff managing to the balance of being attentive without mithering or being overbearing. They did seem to do that annoying thing of putting all the customers together In one part of the place rather than spreading people out. Prices were as much as I'd like to pay but acceptable, when we stacked up a few offers from the app it became more affordable. I do think they need some more better real beers

   Absolutely beautiful food and a very warm welcome from the young man at the door. The food was served with barely any waiting time and tasted very very. It was incredibly well presented. A huge thank you as well as due to a complete mistake with a voucher which was totally my fault, a bit was knocked off the bill. I'll never forget that as it was incredibly kind.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their special Valentine’s set menu, and it was a truly delightful experience. Each course was delicious. We had calamari and prawns to start, gnocchi with seabass for me and for my wife the lobster ravioli. My son loves the fudge cake and ice cream. The staffs were attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

   This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Hull. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Stuff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite, Agata was great. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Hull

   Absolutely appalling customer service. They are no longer taking cash, which was the 1st annoying thing. We were seated and were asked if we had any allergies, we informed the waiter that my nephew had a mushroom allergy he replied “is this an allergy or a preference” no it’s an allergy that’s why we informed you. After waiting at least 35 minutes for our food we enquired how much longer it would be as people who arrived after us had received their orders. The water went to enquire and informed us the chef was about to cook our food “fresh” and it would be at least another 20 minutes. At this point we said don’t bother we will go somewhere else. Informed the manager on the way out how disappointed we were. Cash is no longer good enough and service is appalling and we will never return.

   I’ve been a long-standing customer of Prezzo for a few years, but today, their staff displayed the most outstanding level of care I’ve seen from a team. After the sudden loss of consciousness and collapse from my wife, the team scrambled to help immediately - We could not be any more grateful for the calm, prompt and compassionate reaction from them. Prior to this, as usual, the food was also amazing. I hope the team read this and understand just how grateful we are. Specifically to the lady who tended my wife with the ice and constant checking up, we extend our thanks much further.

   YOU CALL THIS A KING PRAWN? food was ok very expensive and i think they scammed our 2 for 1 cos the bill was still high. the waiter whilst not actually doing anything wrong we could not stand him, 10 more minutes there i would’ve smashed his face in. my portions were good but my friend got about 2 pieces of ravioli for £18!! honestly it is so overrated i wouldn’t bother! £4 for a cloudy lemonade no thanks! the truffle fries banged tho

   Fantastic staff and service, catered for GF and the kids menu was £6.95 for three courses and the pizza was very generous. All of our meals was really tasty, the pasta dish needed a lot more sauce as my mum started adding mayonnaise but all in all we will definitely go back.
